I bought it and they never have me access to any learning material only kept asking for more money!!

First of all, if you weren't granted access, you wouldn't get automatic invitation from trust pilot. Check your spam folder for an email containing password as I can see an email has gone from our end.
Secondly, you purchased our course from reed.co.uk and we definitely didn't ask for any extra money. Please contact us at info@competehigh.co.uk so that we can properly assess and amend this confusion.

Informative course
A lot of the material covers what my therapist has also advised. So that was reasuring. It also covered info that was helpful and I was not aware of. However a lot of my workplace anxiety is caused by our members/clients and that was not part of the course. When they abuse us or shout at us my anxiety gets triggered. That is the only reason I gave 4 stars.

I do not have a problem with the course. I have recently completed two Diplomas. The contents of the courses were both very good. My problem is, I have been waiting since the 4th January 2023 for my second Diploma. Why is it taking so long?

I wouldn’t recommended it
The learning material was some pdf documents. There was no multimedia material.
A good book on this topic will actually cost less.

I thought the entire course was clear…
I thought the entire course was clear and instructive, and I enjoyed the freedom to read and learn at my own pace. The team could probably do a better job of providing tasks, quizzes, and tests to aid in the study process. I would also have appreciated some video or audio content as it would have made the experience more interesting.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience. They communicate professionally, answer emails promptly, and are always eager to assist.
Additionally, I would strongly advise high school kids who are about to graduate to take this course because it will widen their knowledge of information technology and assist them in deciding what to study in college and whether IT is actually their passion.

Worth a shot
I think the course as a whole was informative and simple to understand, I loved the idea of reading/studying at my own pace. I think I would like the team to improve on giving tasks/quizzes/tests to help and improving the studying process and I also would have appreciated some video/audio content as it would create a more engaging experience. Overall it was a great experience, they responded quite timely to emails, they communicate professionally and they always willing to help.✨
As well, I would highly recommend this course to high school/matriculating students as it will help broaden they knowledge in regards to IT and help them make their decision as in to what to study further and if IT really is they interest and they can make it a career.✨

No going to learn to touch type with this
This course was presented as a touch typing course, giving the impression it would facilitate a student to learn the skill. What it is in fact is an extended essay on the virtues of learning the skill. No use at all !! and I have since been leaning with a free on line course that has been very helpful. Absolute waste of money if you want to learn to touch type.
