I have been lucky to win many items in the competitions. iPad, Nintendo switch, £100 Amazon gift card, cash prizes, and many more since I joined. Always receive a call or text to confirm a win. Delivery is always quick. I don't always win, which is expected

Been playing for about a year and have won several times on and off, from Tech, vouchers to a few £1000 wins. Instants wins I think are my most successful. The team at CF are great friendly and prizes are delivered quickly or money is paid within minutes of getting the winning call/text. Thank you keep up great work.

We strive to offer an excellent service to everyone who participates, but unfortunately, some people who don't get a win get upset (hence the poor reviews).

I love competition fox
I love competition fox, their staff and the range of prizes you could win.
It is a lottery and I never understand people who moan but have only purchased one ticket ever and don’t win.
Sarah and the team are truly amazing, you get notified quickly if you have won and the prizes are received super quickly too. Once I had the message to say I had won and within 10 minutes Pete and Amy were dropping it off.

What a fantastic company and a really lovely couple who have made people's dreams come true. Ive had quite a few wins from competition fox, over 2 years ive won over £5000! And each time ive won i was contacted near enough straight away and the staff are so kind and friendly. A few weeks ago I had my first big win of £8000 i could not believe it i was just so happy I cried, Martin and Sarah were so lovely on the phone and the money was put in my account while on the phone to sarah! Used to be my go-to, but not anymore
I have been a member of Competition Fox for a while and initially found it really engaging, especially during lockdown. The website and app are easy to navigate, and the prize selection used to be really varied which kept me coming back. Lately though, the prizes have become quite limited, with a heavy focus on Jellycats. Whilst I understand they’re popular, the lack of variety in prizes has meant I have been spending less on the site, and more on competitors’ websites who offer a broader range.
I appreciate that the owner is passionate about her business, I totally understand, but at times the tone can come across as defensive. Not everyone is going to love your business, especially sore losers, and that’s okay. Sometimes you just need to ignore the comments, we all know they aren’t a true reflection.
However, I find it concerning that the owner publicly discloses on here how much reviewers have spent on their site, and how long they have been a member, especially when their name is visible. That feels like a breach of privacy, and could be a data protection/GDPR matter. I understand feeling frustrated with poor reviews by fake or unlucky customers, but this isn’t the right reaction.

We strive to offer an outstanding experience to all of our players, and it's at the heart of our business. We try to provide what players want to see.
This is why we ask our members what they want on the site. We understand that it's not everyone's cup of tea, but if a competition does well, we'll consider doing more. People vote with their money, and that helps us direct our business to our players. There is also a filtering system on the website so you can find competitions which are better suited to you.
Of course, we are defensive when people try to attack what we have built and the community we have. We try to put claims that people have spent thousands and not won into context, to give onlookers a better understanding of what people are actually claiming.
I just want to make it clear: we have never publicly named anyone for bad mouthing our business or told anyone who has spent what. We are governed by data protection and that is the backbone of our business.

Amazing company
I had a message saying I had won an instant prize, just minutes after buying a ticket! The money was in my account in a matter of seconds. I also won a Labubu doll and that was delivered the next day. Amazing!
