My order was completed in 2 shipments. I was not notified to expect that so was upset to receive only half of what I expected. The 2nd shipment wasn’t sent until weeks after the original order, and after I called to complain.
Since the delivery required a signature I had to make 2 trips to the post office.
I am happy with the quality and price of the product.

Thanks for your feedback, due to the nature of the product the Post office in your country requires a signature on this delivery, we unfortunately dont control that, as we dont deliver the packages ourselves, we could see you have ordered many many times with us and you would know by now that we cannot directly deliver products in your country, we would humbly request you to edit the review and judge on the basis of our service and our products, we always ship on time but US Post requires signature due to the nature of the products, if you still need any help, we would be glad to help you further and would request you to please edit the review if possible and judge on the quality and price of products which we offer, as only that is in our control.
