Had an unknown issue with my computer. Contacted Gary who was very helpful and took my computer in. The issue wasn't as serious as feared, Gary was honest with me and went out of his way to give me updates via messenger. Was also flexible with times around dropping my machine off and picking it up. He was quick too, had my machine ready the next day.

I had a problem withe charging socket on my I-pad. For some reason it was cutting the cable connector and I totally lost the ability to charge. As my i-pad is several years old I doubted that it could be repaired. I found Computer Shooter on Google and luckily he is very near. Gary took my computer and said he would check out the problem and quote me before doing any repairs.
My computer was repaired in a reasonable time and is now running well. I would certainly recommend.

I had an issue with flat spots on the WiFi network in our bungalow. Gary helped solve this with an inventive idea of locating one pod of the mesh in our loft to increase the coverage and speed.

Gary was absolutely amazing!!

Fantastic repair and update of Alienware X51. Machine returned with updated SSD, new cd drive and latest windows. Cleaned of useless files and data, as well as literally cleaned inside and out. Great communication as well. Will 100% use again.

I phoned Gary on a Saturday morning, and to my great delight he responded to my call. He explained he was out but said I could drop off my laptop later that day. Within 30 minutes of having my broken laptop he called and explained what was needed and costs involved. I collected my newly repaired laptop at 5.30 pm the same day.
What can I say, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT.
All of this was on a Saturday.
