Concept Glazing Ltd Avis

We would highly recommend this company. We received excellent service through the whole process of replacing front and back doors with new composite doors.

Great experience of Jake and his team at Concept Glazing. They are our "go to" company for anything glazing related. The doors in our new extension and across the back of our house look awesome and the installation quality is fantastic. Thanks.

We were recommended to Concept Glazing by our neighbours , who had recently had their windows replaced by them ,and were very happy with their work.
We too are delighted with the entire process , from visualising various designs , through to the complete installation. Jake, Josh and Dan have been a pleasure to have working at our home.Polite, meticulous and have undertaken the work as planned and to our complete satisfaction. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking at replacing their windows.

Concept Glazing made ordering replacement windows for our period flat very straightforward. They were able to replace the old sash windows (c1910) with modern PVC sash windows and quoted a reasonable price for doing this.
The fitters were friendly and competent and the job was completed within a day and a half. There was no mess and the new windows were almost a perfect match for the old ones.

Jake and his team installed new windows and large French doors as a part of the house renovation but we also asked for new front, whilst doing the works. Quote was received quickly and visualisation has really helped with our decision around design. Installation itself was quick and very tidy. Thank you, team Concept Glazing.

Jake, Aimee and the team have been first class since our first contact. We obtained a few quotes for a new front door and very quickly realised that Jake was the man for the job. He was knowable, curtious and listened to what we wanted, he also had some great suggestions which helped to make the process as stress free as possible. Their quote was competitive, the quality of the work and materials are fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will certainly use again in the future. Thanks to you all.

Great service, great product. Polite installer.

From the very start when Jake came to measure up, to the fitting at the end, start to finish an absolute top job, will recommend Concept to any of my friends/family going forward.
Very professional outfit
Thank you so much

Jake and the team were great to deal with from start to finish. Jake took great care considering how to convert our conservatory into a new room. He listened to our ideas and really focused on the practicalities and details to create a fantastic space. The team who put up the work were excellent, polite and tidy. This was all reflected in the finished product which was beautifully finished. Overall, we have no hesitation recommending Concept Glazing.

Very courteous and helpful. All work done well. Good timekeeping arrived on stated day after reminder call

From start to finish the process of choosing my new front door was seamless -Jake was exceptional and so patient in explaining the whole process. I loved seeing the door superimposed on a photo which gave me an idea of the finished product. I am so happy with the high standard of work and attention to detail. I rarely write reviews but felt I needed to in this instance and I will highly recommend this family run business.

We chose Concept Glazing to install a new aluminium front door after several quotes and meetings with other suppliers.
Concept Glazing are a small, family-run local firm, and their price was fair. There were no pressure sales or 'special discount if you decide this week' etc.
We were very impressed with Jake's straightforward and honest manner, and his patience.
Jake and his crew fitted the door and sidelight with great skill, They were all friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend them.

We chose Concept based on their friendly and helpful attitude. Prices were reasonable, and lead time suited us. It's always good to use a local company!

We chose concept glazing to install a new composite door for us, due to our opening being an arch shape we knew it would have to be bespoke designed and we couldn’t be happier with the final product. Jake and the team made the process so easy and delivered on all promises. I would highly recommend and will look to use concept again in the future.

Fantastic service from initial survey through to installation. Would highly recommend!

Very impressed with Jake and his tea, They've been incredibly thorough and professional. Moreover the windows have been well installed and look amazing. Thank you!

I am thoroughly impressed with Concept Glazing from start to finish. Jake and his team installed 5 Roseview Ultimate Rose Sash Windows, 3 French doors, and 2 Velux windows with blackout blinds for our home. Their craftsmanship and professionalism were exceptional throughout the entire process.
Nearly a year has passed since the initial installation, and we remain completely satisfied with the results. The quality of work and value for money were outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend Concept Glazing to anyone seeking premium window and door installation services. Their unparalleled expertise and attention to detail truly set them apart in the industry whom I have ever come across.

From start to finish Concept have delivered an outstanding service.

We required replacement of a traditional, large, feature window, which was sadly falling into disrepair due to its age.

We were fearful that the character and authenticity of the window would be lost with a replacement but we are delighted we put our trust in Jake & Concept to design and fit a modern, economic replica.

Jake’s passion for his work reassured us that the original would be done justice, with a professional consultation and design process. Following this a thorough survey was completed giving us the confidence to move forward.

The intricate leaded design was photographed, stencilled and then replicated perfectly.

During the installation phase, Jake, Josh and Dan were careful and respectful of our property and left the place immaculately clean at the end of day 1. Given the size of the project, the planning and practicality of the installation meant that the original was removed and the new window in, all in one day ensuring our warmth and security.

The finish on the product was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. The replicated, hand installed lead work and the timer look frame retained the character of the original, but improved the functionality and economic value of the window no end.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Jake and the team to anyone.

I'm so happy with my new doors! The installation was quick and professional, and the quality is outstanding. They’ve really enhanced the look of my home. The fitters were efficient and left everything clean. Highly recommend!

From the outset , communication was excellent . Jake and Aimee discussed the alternatives with me . An installation date was agreed and turned up on the due date . They were very thorough in assuring that everything was right .
I would certainly contact them if I need further work done in the future
