We switched from another fertility clinic to conceptions and the difference has been amazing! Staff are happy, friendly and helpful. We are treated like people, not just like patients and our nurse is easy to get in contact with. We are very happy we switched!

What a great team of medical professionals! My husband and I met with Dr. Bush who was very honest and straight forward on what we were looking at. The team was compassionate, helpful and truly cared about us. Highly recommend them!

Unfortunately unpleasant to work with... I did "outside monitoring" at Conceptions which means I went there only for ultrasounds and bloodwork while I was being treated by a more specialized fertility clinic out-of-state (after several failed rounds in state at another clinic). It was stressful to be working with an out-of-state clinic and having to coordinate local monitoring at Conceptions, and Conceptions made it even more difficult than necessary. I found Conceptions disorganized and many of the staff are rude, which is the last thing a patient going through fertility treatment should be exposed to. This does not apply to all staff. The women who is Conceptions' coordinator for outside monitoring was fantastic, but unfortunately the staff who interact with patients at their appointments were rude and sometimes unprofessional - this applies to the staff who check in patients and handle billing, and one of the ultrasound techs at the Littleton location is particularly unpleasant. For this reason alone, I would not recommend Conceptions. Prior to switching to my out-of-state clinic, I did several rounds of IVF at another fertility clinic in the Denver area. They were far better organized and always delightful. Also, the Littleton Conceptions facility and their ultrasound equipment was not as updated as the other fertility clinic in Denver that I went to. Another thing to be aware of is that Conceptions refused to provide information to patients regarding their follicle growth during a treatment cycle. Both of my other clinics provided me with all information relating to my progress and response to the treatment, which I found very helpful and believe is the appropriate approach. You work hard to follow the treatment protocols, being kept in the dark as to your progress is frustrating and unnecessary. I feel blessed to have worked with other clinics and believe the grass is greener elsewhere.

I was a patient at Conceptions for over a year. During that time, I was seen by two different physicians and almost all the IVF/FET nurses across four different locations.

You don't really see or communicate with your physician after your initial meeting so I won't comment on that here. In short, the first was awful, the second was tolerable (if you made room for their enormous ego).

The ultrasound techs and phlebotomists were all fantastic and, frankly, you see them more than anyone else so that was nice.

The nurses are hit or miss and the entire nurse management system is horrendous. For example, my nurse was OOO quite a bit and not only did I not get any advanced notice so I could ask questions ahead of time, but I was then handed off to other nurses who didn't know my case well and one time they even forgot about me and I missed a timely procedure.

The billing department is awful. They can't answer questions about procedures since they're not "medical professionals" and the nurses/doctors can't answer questions about billing because they're not experts in it. So there is nobody to connect the dots for you! Also, I had to ask multiple times to get an accurate summary of charges for a cycle so we had documentation of what we were paying for. The lady who did it was completely incompetent and unprofessional. Adding simple billing software would do wonders for this team.

Lastly, they never stop selling you. Even after you've paid and are doing cycles, you are inundated with their success rates. They also post newspaper articles around the office of ads they purchased--all to trick patients. Lastly, they are so classy that when you "graduate" they give you a Conceptions-branded chapstick and pen. SERIOUSLY?!

Yes, you CAN have success at this clinic but it comes at the price of your sanity. Just know what you're getting yourselves into! Lastly, I communicated all these areas of feedback to the Conceptions team when I was a patient as I don't feel it would be fair to surprise them with all this now.

Couldn’t go smoother.

I turn 43 this month, and thanks to Dr. Bush and his amazing team I am 29 weeks pregnant with my first baby! Dr. Bush has an incredible ability to confidently and reassuringly tell it like it is, and in my mind this is a good thing. He is very experienced and gives good advice- you should trust his advice! There is a small practice feel to Conceptions which also worked very well for me compared to other groups. The nurses were always very responsive, consulted with Dr. Bush when needed, but otherwise they were always there to walk me through every step and help me through the lows and share in my excitement of the highs. Erika P., Tasha M, and Cori S were all amazing!!

The staff at Conceptions was attentive to our every need. They answered all of our questions with honesty and kindness. I had been going to one of their competitors for 2 years and I just felt like I was a number there. They never got to know me, the way that the doctors and INCREDIBLE nurses at Conceptions did! I cant believe that after 6 years of trying, I can finally say that I am almost 20 weeks pregnant! Thank you to everyone involved! Our dream is finally coming true!

Our experience with the entire team at conceptions was exceptional!! Over the course of a few years, we did IVF, a successful double frozen embryo transfer, and another single frozen embryo transfer. Our amazing twin girls are now two and we are expecting another little girl this winter. To say we owe Dr. Bush and his team at conceptions a thank you is the understatement of the century...they are responsible for our family and we are eternally grateful! Every procedure, appointment, ultrasound, email, etc was done with such care and personalization. I felt cared for and listened too the entire time. My little family is my entire world....thank you Conceptions!!!

Going through infertility is challenging and frustrating to say the least, but my first appointment with conceptions made it a whole lot easier. Doctor was understanding and informative and nurses were kind and caring. It was nice to treated like a human versus just another number like we felt at another infertility clinic.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding that this is an emotional process. I am so very blessed to have found Dr. Bush and conceptions team to help me with my beautiful miracle.

Had it not been for Conceptions, we would not have our daughter and now expecting our son. Everyone at Conceptions has made us feel supported. They cheered for us in the victories, and wept with us in the losses. Infertility is a long road with many ups and downs. However, our journey has also taught me that there are angels on earth. Come what may, we promised we would not give up, and Conceptions shared that same promise. My amazing nurses held me up both figuratively, and a few times, literally. My daughter is from my own egg, my son is from a beautiful soul, an anonymous donor. Both are mine and my husbands miracles. Both are cherished and loved, created by God, delivered to us by Conceptions. Thank you Dr. Bush and everyone at Conceptions. There are no words that could due justice to the love we forever hold in our hearts for you.

Staff was friendly and prompt. My visit had complications but they handled it with professionalism and compassion.

Dr. Grace Cheng is one of the most compassionate and caring physicians I know. She takes the time to talk through the issues you are having and make a realistic plan. She is always following up to make sure everything is going good. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Grace Cheng to help you!

I can not say enough wonderful things about Dr. Bush and his entire team at Conceptions. Because of him, I have my sweet baby girl that was born on 11/5/19!

When we had our initial consult, I was extremely nervous. My FSH and AMH levels were extremely off and I was scared I would be turned away because their success rates were higher than other places. Why would they take a chance on someone that would ruin their scale?
Dr. Bush took us on without hesitation. It made me so happy that he was so confident in his abilities and skill set to take on a patient that could potentially lower their success rates. His confidence put all of my confidence in him and his team and put me at ease.

The nurses and staff at Conceptions are truly remarkable. They are all so knowledgeable, personable and helpful. You will for sure see them a lot and become friends!! Without my retrieval and transfer nurses, I would have been a total stress case. They calmed me down, talked me through each step (and I mean every single step down to the minute of the shots), went out of their way when I ran out of a medication after hours to get me what I needed! The nurses there are try incredible.

The staff at Conceptions are honestly the most welcoming people I’ve ever encountered at any doctors office. I had 90% of my appointments at the Skyridge location so I got to know Tanya, Kathy, and Sarah very well. I looked forward to my appointments and seeing the girls and catching up! I still pop in from time to time to say hello!

I have referred 6 of my friends to Dr. Bush at Conceptions and 4 are currently going through the process. I would gladly refer anyone to him and to not waste your time anywhere else. Go to Conceptions!!!!

1st visit with conceptions. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The doctor was knowledgeable, straight forward and honest.
