Conceptions Avis 325

We live 4 1/2 hrs away and we ask if all testing could be done in one day ! They said yes ! When we got there we consulted with a nurse . They just wanted more money for other tests and to make us stay an extra day . We didn't have the money and arrangements to stay an extra day. It would have costed us an extra $1000 for that extra day to be there . So we info them that the other testing would have to wait . It's been a month and a week since our regular tests had been done and still no info on our results. I have called them to send the results to my doctor and they only sent half of the information to my Dr. Called them again and nothing has happened . Just got done calling for the 3rd time and left another message. If they can't give me the results that I paid for $600 why would I go back and spend $800 on other testing plus hotels,food and gas. They seemed to only care about money and not providing good service.

I would recommend Dr Bush and his team at Conceptions to anyone that needs assistance with infertility. They treated us with nothing but compassion and have assisted us in having 3 beautiful children via IVF (FETs).
We are forever grateful for Conceptions for helping us build our family of 5.

So far, my husband and I’s experience has been great. Everyone has been very helpful, friendly, and thorough. Its a very warm clinic that offers a personal feeling where you do not feel like a number. We have an apt to regroup with Dr. Grindler and are hoping to continue moving forward with our plan of starting a family.

The staff was all very kind and professional. They made us feel comfortable and explained everything in a simple yet forward way that eased some of our nerves.

From the consult with Dr. Green, to the follow ups with the RN Monica, I feel at ease, all questions and concerns got answered, and i have a good feeling about this clinic. They work with your budget and still provide full service.

We had a great experience with Conceptions. I can't thank enough Dr. Greene for staying optimistic and being so encouraging and hopeful. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. The other staff has also been amazing throughout our 1 year journey with the clinic - the receptionists and nurses. I particularly want to thank our nurse Stacy who is absolutely the best! She was always on top of things, very responsive, positive and kind. I could not have wished for a better person to guide me throughout this process. We are expecting a baby boy in June, thanks to Conceptions!!!

The staff at Conceptions are all top notch and more importantly each individual really does care. They all work for your success in having a little bundle of joy... or two. Thank you so very much .

I had an amazing experience with Conceptions and would highly recommend them. They are one of the top clinics in the US in terms of success rates and I'm happy to report my second IVF cycle was a success. The doctors, nurses, lab and other staff were professional and caring. They were well-organized and focused on outcomes.

I would highly recommend Conceptions. I believe that their IVF protocol is spot on to give women the best shot at conceiving. I went through the process 3 times (once at age 35 and twice at 37) and have a 2-year old and one on the way. The nurses and staff are great as well.

Conceptions were great to work with and I can’t say enough good things about the staff at the Lafayette office, there like a well oil machine over there. We went through the process and on the first try became pregnant with our baby girl. The science and resources they give to you are amazing and put your mind at ease. I’d use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone wanting to grow there family that need a little extra help.

Overall, I would say my experience at Conceptions was a good experience. If we need more fertility treatments in the future then we will come back here. I only had one or two bad experiences out of all of my check-ups and it was never with the nursing staff or the ultrasound techs. There were a few times where I felt my concerns were not really heard by the doctor, but we moved forward because I didn’t want to dwell on things, I just wanted to get pregnant and I did. After you find out your pregnant, anything else is just water under the bridge.

Conceptions was able to bring our wish of getting pregnant to reality. We had tried another reputable clinic in the area and decided it wasn't for us - too sterile and driven by profits. When we came to Conceptions we both immediately felt it was the right place for us. The nurses, doctors and the entire admin staff have been amazing to work with. All our questions and concerns were addressed from the discovery stages, selecting an egg donor, going through the FET process and through the first trimester. We always felt like all decisions were being made in ours and now our baby's best interest and not driven by money. Less than a year after starting the process we are expecting our first baby and cannot thank Conceptions enough for helping us make this happen!
