Planning a destination wedding from another country can be overwhelming, but from the moment we hired Rocio and her team, we knew we were in the best hands.

We weren’t able to visit our venue in Sayulita prior to our wedding, which I thought would make the planning very stressful. Rocio knew our venue inside and out and assured us it would be perfect for what we envisioned. To help us feel confident, Rocio and her team not only walked the entire property, but they took detailed videos, and showed us every space so we could plan everything from the ceremony layout to accommodations for guests who needed wheelchair accessibility. That level of care meant the world to us and completely melted away the stress.

Rocio also went above and beyond in ways we never expected. She incorporated beautiful local touches and décor into our rehearsal dinner that reflected the charm of the area and made the evening even more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. When inevitable last-minute details came up (including a few things I had completely forgotten!), Rocio handled everything immediately without ever making me feel stressed or behind.

Throughout the entire planning process, I never once worried that something would be missed. Rocio anticipated needs before I even realized them, and she and her team executed every detail flawlessly. She had incredible vendor recommendations, made every decision feel easy, and gave us complete confidence that everything was under control. On our wedding weekend, all we had to do was enjoy ourselves because Rocio had thought of everything.

By the end of this process, Rocio wasn’t just our wedding planner, she had become a friend. She and her team created a weekend that was even more perfect than we dreamed possible, and I truly cannot imagine anyone else having planned our wedding.

If you’re getting married anywhere in the Sayulita or Puerto Vallarta area, I cannot recommend Rocio and her team enough. If every bride I knew were getting married there, I would recommend them without hesitation. Rocio was the best! Planning a destination wedding from the US felt a bit daunting, but Rocio made everything feel easy and personal. She worked very closely with us for a year and her knowledge and connections in the Puerto Vallarta area proved invaluable as she implemented our ideas, like a personalized welcome drink and finding perfect local vendors for a churro cart and late-night pizza delivery. Our wedding was a blast and we continue to hear from our friends and family about how perfect the guest experience was. Rocio’s extensive network of vendor contacts in the industry is phenomenal, allowing her to pull off what can only be described as magic. Not only did she plan our wedding, but she also helped organize the dinners in the two days leading up to it. On top of that, she went above and beyond by stepping in to help us communicate with our venue. Due to staffing changes at the venue, there were significant communication gaps, but Rocio took charge, answered our questions, and even negotiated on our behalf. Her support in this area alone was invaluable—we truly don’t think we could have done it without her.
Thanks to Rocio, every event, from the pre-wedding dinners to our big day, turned out more beautifully than we could have imagined. On our wedding day, she even had a special surprise for us: her daughter painted a breathtaking mural of an image we had designed for our wedding week. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that made the day even more memorable.

Rocio is the best of the best; we feel so grateful to have met her. She was excellent from start to finish in planning our wedding. She made us feel comfortable, confident, and peaceful. She went above and beyond for us through the entire process - we could not have planned an international destination wedding without her. We planned a wedding in Mexico from the US, and she covered all of the bases (by the way, all in English!) She made our dreams come true and because of her our wedding was the best day of our lives. Rocio was my wedding planner at Villa Verano. First she is the most lovely sweet person. From day one I knew I was in good hands. I live in CA and this was a destination wedding in PV. so that already was a little scary because I was not there to physically handle things but she did such an amazing job. She took my vision and made it come true. We rented the entire villa resort to to accommodate all the relatives coming from overseas and they were KOSHER so thankfully Rocio had the connections to fullfill that very specific request...techincally she planned 3 days of celebrations...a Henna (Moroccan party- like a dinner rehearsal, Shabbat dinner AND the wedding day. Each day she was able to maximize the flower (and the budget) arrangements and make them brand new each day. She was very hands on every step of the way. she would make video calls with me and the vendors for the decorations tables etc. I would 1million % recommend her to anyone getting married no matter where you are in the world. You can tell she really loves her job which is clearly shown in her work. I will never ever forget her- wedding of a lifetime. Im very grateful.

Where do I start. Most amazing Birthday celebration and New Years Eve party ever... as part of a great vacation trip to Villa Verano in Puerto Vallarta, MX What an amazing place for me, my husband, and 33 of our closest family and friends to celebrate my brother's and my Big 50th Birthday and to ring in the New Year and 2024. From the moment we started planning this grand trip and these two special events, Rocio took care of and catered to our every need. My husband and I had been to Villa Verano for a friend's 40th Birthday back in 2021 and just fell in love with this place and the amazing team that work there. When I notified the Villa Verano team that I wanted to have 2 special celebrations, they immediately suggested working with Rocio. She did an amazing job of working with me on every detail for my Birthday dinner with 35 people out by the main pool and New Years Eve celebration with dinner on the main terrace and local DJ at the private beach with separate bar and room for a dance floor, great music, and an amazing view of the New Years Eve fireworks. Rocio worked with every member of the Villa Verano team to make these celebrations so very special of us. Every detail from the outdoor structure, chandeliers, flowers, tables, decorations, place settings, menus, and name cards were absolutely perfect. The beautifully crafted Birthday Cake, specially requested, reminded me of the cakes I had growing up as a kid. Puerto Vallarta's best party planner Rocio made sure that every detail was taken care of and made our Birthday and New Year's Eve parties extra special. She is an amazing person with a very special eye and art for creating special experiences... one's that I will cherish for life. Muchos gracias Rocio!!!

Rocio made our wedding planning process so incredibly easy! Her expertise and warm personality were evident in everything she did, especially by her willingness to track down specialized vendors to create a custom decor for the big day. We miss her infectious energy and can't recommend her enough to any couple planning their big day.
