Condition One -- Redirect Avis 3

My order placed on 3/6 was finally fully filled on 3/27.
My #300 4-gun case was shipped without the hard foam interior. I had a total of 6 emails to customer service with pictures and order number to help them understand what I ordered vs. what they shipped. First, they wanted to send some cheap foam inserts not the hard one-piece foam, so I had to straighten that out and request they send the correct foam piece. They finally understood what I purchased vs. what they shipped. It was a clownish experience. I will say the quality of the product is great and I am pleased with that, if only they executed their business dealings as well it would be 5 stars.

Dear Condition 1, I have to tell you i was a little disappointed in my experience with your company. For starters you advertise a 10% off if you sign up for emails so i did well i waited an hour or so the day i signed up got frustrated because it never came i needed a case so i just ordered without it, the code shows up in my email a day or 2 later. ok next i received my case today but it almost looks used, minor scuff marks on the bottom and some dust and dirt marks. so i wipe them off and the scuffs are so minor i just say ehh what are you gonna do. also there is no paperwork inside other than 2 strips of double sided tape for the lid foam. i had just recently purchased 2 other cases for my husband from club case and vevor. First off they came quicker than condition one from the day i ordered them they delivered within 2-3 days not a week later. Both were enclosed in plastic with manuals and promotional items in the the case so i new everything was new. The cases are equal to yours in appearance and structural. the cost one was 56 dollars and the other 79 dollars i paid 140 for yours, the reason i went with yours is i wanted the pink color and the other two did not offer them in color, also i believed your advertisement that your case would be superior. well after comparison and hands on i don't think for the price and experience that your case is any better. The 2 other cases are made just as well and cost half the price... just wanted you to know , (Customer service sent me an email that said sorry nothing else)

I place my order on Sunday,October 12th and my case landed at my door on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. If you're not familiar with these hard cases they are by
far superior to any others on the market. The quality is absolutely perfect and they look great. This is the only
way to store and transport my expensive handguns with optics. I am a shooter and I use them to transport my gun to the firing range. The layout and design of these cases are well thought through.
