Refuse to replace part manufactured with wrong dimensions
Parts ordered on conduit-isole.fr (same as conduit-cheminee.fr or es-schornstein.de). Came fast, but bad surprise : adapter for chimney was made with wrong dimensions : they send me a male adapter, whereas I asked on my drawing a female adapter. Despite the fact that I gave them the right information for the order, they refuse to accept their mistake, and tell me that I have to by a new adapter.
I contacted the customer service in france --> they said that they could'nt do anything and hang up the phone
I contacted the customer service in germany : they told me that they couldn't do anything for the french customer, and that I had to contact the service in france (which doesn't give any solution)

--> If they made a mistake in the products you bought -> forget about it, your money is lost
