Conexus have attended the incorrect address and delivered a sensitive nature letter to the complete wrong address and wrong street away. Customer service was no help in trying to rectify this matter.
How dare you send me txt msg asking for money that my dead brother owed.Debt cant be passed on as I never signed any paperwork for starters & secondly when someone passes away debt is wrote off unless someone signed with that person as gurantor.Im reporting this company as very upsetting to get such a txt msg.Can see other reviews of the same case,a company ran by clueless robots with no sympathy.I believe in Karma so this company will fall along with the clowns that work here.
These have been informed about a person's death 18 months ago, yet today 6/11/25 they sent me yet another email chasing the debt, they were informed the 1st time they contacted me that I was not an executor of any estate as there was no estate. This company have no regard, compassion nor respect for people, especially ones who are grieving.
This company keeps leaving me recorded messages saying I owe Scottish Power money. I don't owe the money. Tried to email there info email, contact us email and now Complaints email.
Absolutely terrible company. Can't even be bothered to actually ring someome just ring with a recorded message to ring them... be nice if they actually replied and advised of what they was chasing... can we just tell them they us money due to their incompetence. Terrible company. Scottish Power ain't much better.
This fraudulent, scamming company Conexus, working for Scottish Power, keeps harassing me with emails and threats about a bill I DON’T OWE! They keep saying I owe Scottish Power money, threatening court action, and bombarding me with messages.
I already complained to Scottish Power, proved that I NEVER had an account with them from June to August 2024!, and that they’ve got the wrong person from a completely different property. Scottish Power even confirmed they removed my details and assured me these scamming parasites wouldn’t bother me again.
But guess what? These low-life scammers are STILL sending emails and texts NON-STOP! It’s harassment at this point! I swear, I wish I could tell them to their face exactly what I think of them!! MF!!!!
I’ve been with Scottish power for 2 years, I believed I was payment both my monthly instalment and my energy usage however Scottish power decided I was paying to little and send me a £1500 bill. I tried to sort this out with Scottish power but could not get an answer from them.
Anyway, conexus started their calls and texts to me 10-30 times a day. I eventually answered started a complaint with Scottish power and they disappeared.
Fast forward a month and some conexus agent arrived at my door - I don’t normally say things like this, but this was the strangest guy I’ve met before and I felt so incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe with him near me. Asking me personal questions and my work my life and commenting on my husband’s car. Absolute weirdo. Giving me weird faces where his camera couldn’t see (my door bell one did though). Just general weirdness. Left me shaking and horrible feeling.
Anyway, it’s sorted with Scottish power - conexus phones about 10 times a day now😂.
Absolutely weirdos the whole company.
Now the parasites are making phone calls to the polis claiming that you are buy passing your meter yet the polis s checked the meter not a problem now just think about it they are phoning the police lol
They are reliable all my investment/transaction with them are successful and they service is excellent. But they have to improve on their network.
