Zero assistance from Mike Green when it came to rejecting a faulty car from August Performance. Thankfully, Aldermore finance has upheld the rejection, but 17 weeks after my original complaint and the "broker" still provides no help to speed up resolution. I was directly told that Mike was "staying out of it" (essential for a broker) and that he "thought I was keeping it", despite me never having said anything of the sort. Could not be more aligned with the dealer and less helpful for customers if he tried.

Callum made my finance process an ease. With understanding busy schedules and reorganising follow up calls the process what simple and straightforward. I would highly recommend choosing DSG Connected for any finance needs.

Avoid this company at all costs. My experience with DSG was a complete mess from start to finish. I was repeatedly lied to—despite being copied into emails that proved otherwise—and no one, including the managers, seemed to know what they were doing.
Several managers promised to take over my case but disappeared without follow-up. I was left in tears, and the finance company had to step in to resolve issues and chase payments while I waited at the dealership, two hours from home, to collect my car. Whilst the payment was submitted I was told whilst waiting to collect my car that it would take 2 business days to clear. This was never explained and to me beforehand. What was explained is that they could have done a transfer that day but as it was business to business it would incur a charge which they weren’t prepared to pay after all of the messing around. I then left the garage with no car and cancelling all agreements as I would not be able to travel down again which left me in absolute tears.
DSG also falsely claimed to have an account with the dealership, which turned out to be untrue. Their lack of communication and incompetence cost me two days' pay and caused nothing but stress.
They earn a referral fee but do nothing to deserve it. This was a truly upsetting and exhausting experience—I was just relieved to be done with them in the end.
There is a formal complaint going in regarding the process but in the meantime would like to warn anyone else thinking of using them as a broker.

Joe and the team have been incredibly helpful and informative. They handled my sale with professionalism and efficiency. I am very impressed with this company and highly recommend them to others for their exceptional service. They kept me updated at all times and always followed through on their promises. Joe is truly an asset to this company.

Fantastic company, submitted an application through a dealer at 5pm. Phone call first thing and finance sorted and paid by 2pm. Would highly recommend and Joe was great!

Spoke with Steven in regards to arranging finance on my new vehicle. Contacted him on the Friday had all the documents ready and in place by the Monday. Very smooth and easy process couldn’t be more than happy with the service I received.
