From the initial enquiry right the way through to install completion the transaction was smooth and hassle free. The team that turned up on the day were extremely professional and it was an absolute pleasure having them on site. The after sales has been excellent (so far) and I am sure it will continue to do so.

Delivery was delayed due to shortage of some hardware, this is the case worldwide for most things now.
CPS did everything they could to chase and speed / re-assess suggested hardware to deliver what they promised.

I found the visit was punctual, polite and left the engineer to do his repair.
It was done quickly and effiecently and he informed me when he lft that everything was up and running and there were no issues.

During PPM with our in-house maintenance team a fault was identified in one of our UPS units. Called Constant Power for engineer to attend and rectify fault in which they did timeously, replaced faulty part and put back into service.

Due to a line of the spec being missed we had to shuffle some things about to perform a 48hr soak test. After originally arranging this for March time the client advised this wasn't early enough. CPS managed to move a few things about at short notice and perform the tests. Craig Marais was particularly helpful along with all the engineers who worked alongside us to deliver this.
