Got my contacts quickly. The only suggestion I have is to notify the customer once the order has been received along with invoice without the customer having to make contact. Thank you.

- An estimated ship date was never provided. I was totally in the dark about when to expect delivery.
- It took about 10 days before my order finally shipped. That is way too long before shipment. At time of order, it should have been stated that the contacts were back ordered.
- Customer service either took multiple days to respond promptly, or did not respond at all.
- I was never able to speak with a customer service person who could provide any information about my order.

I plan never to use ContactsForLess again, regardless of how good a price is offered.

This is my 4th order from contactsforless. Cost was about half what my optometrist wanted to charge. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

I ordered what I thought was 6 month supply of lenses only to receive a 2 pack. Please be more specific on product information!! I paid hundreds of dollars only to receive a 2 month supply, I was robbed. Very upsetting.

Ordered some contacts from the United States which requires a prescription. They sent me an email saying that I need me to send in a valid prescription in order for my order to be processed, but still charged me for the contacts even though they couldn't send them to me (am no expert at running a biz, but seems like the standard procedure should be that they only charge once they ship it, like Amazon does).

Don't have a current prescription so ask them to refund my order. They said they would do so, but after a couple weeks of going back-and-forth, they never did. Finally had to call my bank to reverse the charges... And coming here to trustpilot and seeing their reviews, am realizing I need to be more careful

Sent me half of my order and didn't verify the prescription. Won't refund for missing peices.

I was originally told I had to wait three weeks for the order and told them to cancel the order. A few days later after no reply I ended up receiving half my order. The contacts they sent me are not my prescription. Not that they verified it in the first place as they are required to by law.

They say that they weighed the product? Send the proof because I absolutely only received one box of contacts. They obviously are a scam the "owner of the company" sent me an email and told me I'm out of luck and they won't be helping me.

Now everyone can see how you conduct yourself as a company calling customers liars and saying that they are trying to get a free box of contacts. How embarrassing for you and shows that you have very little concern about customer satisfaction and 0 insight on how to conduct yourself professionally.

Yes, even "0 power" contact lenses, including those meant solely for cosmetic color changes, still require a prescription from an eye doctor; this is because all contact lenses are considered medical devices and need to be properly fitted to ensure eye health, regardless of their power level.

You should always get an eye exam before purchasing any contact lenses, even if you have 20/20 vision, to ensure the lenses are the right fit for your eyes.

Proper fitting important:
Different brands and types of contact lenses can behave differently on the eye, so a fitting is crucial to avoid discomfort or potential damage.

You should know selling contacts that corneas are different sizes so bc and diameter matter. This can cause vision loss if not verified!

I will also add that the whole reply is contradictory he states they verified the product with me and confirmed but it didn't require verification. Also nothing was verified with me I received an email saying it was backordered and I literally said. Okay cancel the order I will reorder in three weeks. That's ALL I said. So that's not verification at all.

Would have been nice to get a confirmation on our order and when it would be shipped.

I paid for 3 "90" packs and only 2 were delivered. I'm still waiting to hear back from you about this.
I expect a refund on the third pack which was not shipped or to have this pack mailed asap. Even your packing label indicates that only 2 were shipped.
Have heard nothing from the company.
Very disappointed. There are three others in the family that need contact lens and this was the first time I used you. Not a great start, getting ripped off.
