Great experience, recommended
Great experience. Ordered online and needed a new single right crank arm for a new bike. The one shipped with the bike cross threaded when installing a brand new pedal.
Had stock, packed and delivered quickly.
Had to contact the store and their customer service was 2nd to none. Really great guys.

Amazing bike fit service
Had a bike fit today, it was an amazing experience with every one of my issues on the bike addressed in detail. Very patient and explanatory, will definitely return for an update once I’ve ridden for a while. Stellar customer service and proper attention to detail.
I discovered stuff that explained so many things about myself and I am glad I had the experience. Totally worth is and an absolute value for money.
Also resolved my cassette issues!.

Quick response to Royal Mail failure….
Royal Mail did not deliver my parcel but Cookson were excellent - responded immediately and resent the parcel with no argument. Very good service.
