Very happy with C&G animal friendly disinfectant. Started to use it during lockdown to spray surfaces and generally around the house and outdoor bins etc. Very economical as diluted. Will continue to use after lockdown too 👍

Excellent, arrived within a few days of ordering, and great quality, the only problem is I had to have my dog put to sleep, but have given this to a friend who's dog also needs this.

Have ordered this product eight times. I have a family of five dogs two of whom have bad arthritic hips. Have found that if it does not decrease the pain level it certainly relaxes the muscles and makes them more comfortable. One dog is absolutely so relaxed he looks as if he is going to sleep. I order six bottles at a time and the only thing I could ask is for a larger bottle size. Delivery is always on time.

I have an 11 month English bulldog who is suffering with environmental allergies. I have tried so many different products to help her.
She has very dry, itchy ears and she has lost a lot of fur on her back.
Since using the Cooper & Gracie itchy dog shampoo I have noticed such a difference in her coat. She is so soft, she is itching less and her scabs have almost cleared up!
This is now a holy grail product for us and I recommend it to anyone who has a dog with similar problems to mine!

I am a fur mum to many critters and a professional dog walker and pet groomer. I have 3 MiniMutts, 2 donkeys and many fancy chickens. I am not afraid to use regular chemical products for my pets but living on a farm I find that I’m needing to use shampoos and sprays frequently to combat my many pet mishaps, for example, my dogs daily donkey poop rolling. This is where natural products come in best because you can use them often and not damage your pets natural coat oils.
From a pet owner view foremost, the dog shampoo and dog flea shampoo has by far been the best product from C&G. It smells great, it lasts long, it can be diluted and it doesn’t cost a bomb to buy which means I can use it as often as I need too and not worry about my pets getting sensitive or money. The Dog Flea is a brilliant top up between my dogs monthly flea drops plus their many baths and it’s today I have decided to use it on my chickens as they need a good freshen up after winter and being a parasite shampoo, it works 3 in one, parasites, shampoo, freshen up (I keep hinting to the C&G guys to create a poultry range of shampoos!!! Trust me! They’ll be purchased for show birds and pet birds). I have also invested in the calming oil as my own dogs can be anxious around others and I’ve noticed a significant calming affect since using it. I rubbed some on their ears before bed, the next day they were fun, energetic but not anxious. I allowed a 24 hour period without the oil and they were back to their barky selves (usually around meal times they particularly get loud). I highly recommend this product and as a groomer I will be using it on my clients to aid their grooming experience with me.

From a pet groomer point of view, I have a few clients with sensitive skin, allergies and cats, all require gentle products because of their skin types. I am thrilled with C&G shampoos, colognes and eat cleaner. All of which are natural and do not affect the dogs or cats but leave them smelling fresh and clean. As I have said before, the scents are strong, the products dilute nicely and do not cost the earth.

- [ ] Their webpage is easy to navigate, they always have what I’m looking for and I have found if they don’t, because the products are natural based, I can use them on nearly any pet. Delivery has been brilliant. Super quick and the packages actually arrive which famously where I live most couriers will decide to not make my delivery for unknown reasons. My latest order arrived short due to damage and the customer team were straight on it for me. Helpful, quick and I believe my package will be arriving tomorrow with the goods I missed.

Customer service is excellent. They’re so quick and polite when answering enquires. I have only been using the product for a short amount of time but have noticed a big difference in my pup!

I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner for a while now, myself and my dog love it! It’s amazing for sensitive skin and leaves your dog so fluffy and soft! It also smells soo good, you get that “just been groomed” smell every time which is perfect for in between groom days! I’ve always had a super fast delivery and the people are so lovely that own this business! I 100% recommend trying this!

I bought the shampoo as my dog had a serious yeast infection, she is a westie and every 3 days I had to bath her because she got very smelly and greasy. Malaseb didn't work for her at all. When I found out about Cooper & Gracie on an ad on facebook, I gave it a go. Since the first use, my Westie stopped having the terrible yeast infestation and know I only bath her once a week or every 10 days. The shampoo is creamy and smells great.
Recently I had a small issue with the second bottle I purchased, but it was quickly and efficiently resolved by the company. I have recommended the shampoo for some neighbours who have their dog with similar problem.
So far, I am happy and so is my dog. Thumbs and paws up!

(My advice concerning the bottle is, do not remove the seal, just make a hole to prevent waste, although the company could improve and replace the seal with a flip top opening or something similar.)

I brought this product because we wanted a natural alternative to the pesticide prescribed by our vet. A fellow dog walker recommended it but sadly it just do a thing. My two girls got ticks constantly. I told him about my experience. He put down to walking around a town. We live on Dartmoor. Simply did not work. Reluctantly we are back on Bravacto !!!

Bought for our shar pei. They are prone to bad skin been using the shampoo and it is brilliant. Smells lovely and she has not had the sore skin she came to us with since using this brand. Have purchased many times and will continue to do so. Also recommended to family who have also purchased and won’t buy any different now.
