Do not buy scam company. Left my order in basket then they emailed me offering 30% discount. So I took it. After checking out with PayPal they had added cost back on to my order. Bunch of crooks why would you do that if you was a genuine company wanting repeat orders avoid.

Didn't realise I was ordering from overseas as price was in £. Free delivery stated but then an extra £15 added without explanation. Have been waiting for items for a month, now showing as location unknown with Evri.
When I raise this with Cooperatum, all I get repeatedly is tracking details and 'please wait patiently'!

Very poor quality. Ordered a backpack. Within a week it started to fray. Tried to contact them and all I received was an automated response. Tried numerous times but nothing. Also took forever to be delivered

Dress took 2 months to arrive
Cheap fabric, far too big & lots of loose threads. Only fit for the bin.
Won’t refund or even discuss some money back! It’s a rip of company. I would strongly recommend you don’t use this company.

Avoid at all costs! When my item did eventually arrive it is definitely not what I expected. I thought I was going to get a 'large' bag so advertised - the one I recieved is the size of a tote bag. Useless and won't be any use for the purpose I bought it for. From the comments below it sounds like far too much hassle to return or complain, so a lesson learnt! No shopping after midnight and definitely not from Facebook 😠

Ordered sandals which turned out to be too big and found the soles slippery on smooth surfaces so asked to return - they just say nothing wrong with them and won’t refund - I wouldn’t order again

Stupidly purchased a bag from a Facebook advert! Going through PayPal to try and get a refund.
Took more money than agreed. And nothing received and rwadomg these reviews feel quote foolish

Avoid at all cost. Cheap and nasty doesn't cover it! No paperwork, no way to return. Their 'customer service' dept says there is nothing wrong with the item, so tough!! Offered me £2 as a refund. Total scam.

I mostly wear this to the gym, but I do like the oversized feeling as this gives more comfort and mobility. Whenever I am wearing it!

I bought a dress which was of extremely poor quality and didn’t fit at all. Wanted to send it back but they are saying I can’t do that as there’s nothing wrong with the item? Will be going through consumer advice- DO NOT USE.

Product arrived after a month no comms no contact. This is after they put one value on their invoice but charged me something different.
Dresses arrived and they were very very cheap. I bought 2 was charged £42 (should have been £36). I didn’t expect expensive but I didn’t expect 1960’s polyester apron style material. Customer service dies T exist and they just outright lie. Do not use!

Scammers. Only gave one star as there was no option to give none.
Firstly was overcharged £4.08, which was apparently down to a system error.
I ordered a black dress and a navy one arrived. The fabric is terrible and the manufacturing quality is very bad.
I approached their customer services and requested a refund and asked the method to return the item. They insisted the item was correct despite me sending photographs of what is obviously a navy dress.
After multiple requests to return the item they stated "If you return the product, the shipping fee may be expensive to you" and offered a £2 refund.
I have asked for their company number, head office address, etc. but this is never provided. In the latest correspondence they wished me a happy life.
I would advise people to do not use this company.

This is a scam. I ordered a bag, however, when I received the order confirmation the shipping address was incorrect. I tried to contact the 'company via email and Facebook to amend the details, but didn't get any response, apart from an automated email with links that don't work. On investigating further, the address they provide does not include a postcode, and they don't appear to be registered for VAT.

I was convinced this was a scam website as it took 5 weeks for my delivery. I emailed every week and got responses but still was sceptical.
My dress arrived and although material not what I expected it was lovely on and made well. Looking forward to wearing it on holiday.

Hi, the company won't listen to how poorly made their items are. It's their reputation. If they want to sell rubbish, they get a rubbish review.

Don't even bother, it's a rip off company.

I ordered a jumpsuit that was delivered quickly but the material is so cheap and nasty you couldn't wear it near a naked flame🔥
Also returns is not an option,

To be honest I pressed one star but they are not even worth that I ordered first week of July still no goods received I’ve been tracking and apparently they are in the UK in customs do I believe it no … if my dresses turn up and are of good quality I will amend my review don’t hold your breath even the freight company doesn’t have good reviews! Another red alert if you email the shipping company they want your payment details not the tracking number !!!

My goods finally arrived 05/08/23 whilst on holiday will I buy from the site again no …. The dresses look ok material not the best in my opinion ….if I sent them back and reclaimed a refund it would probably be more trouble than getting them delivered in the first place plus no return policy information was received with the parcel in the first place so I won’t be ordering anything again from this site.

I ordered a dress on the 4th July. Still not received. I’ve tried emails but no response. Parcel tracker says item is in the UK. Let’s hope it turns up sometime soon. I would strongly recommend you don’t use this company.
