Washing machine. My son and I came to seek advice on buying a new machine. We were met with courtesy and helpful advice. The next day I rang to place an order. I received a follow-up phone call advising me of the possible delivery date. The new machine arrived within a few days despite it being the run up to Easter. Our old machine was taken away all with the minimum of fuss. We will certainly recommend Coopers. Actually I have dealt with you on several occasions so was confident our needs would be met. Outstanding Customer Service
I had an excellent experience with Coopers Home Appliances from start to finish. The customer service was genuinely outstanding. I visited both of their Bath shops several times while trying to decide which cooker to buy, and on every visit, the team was incredibly patient, welcoming, and attentive.
They took the time to answer all of my questions—no matter how many I had—and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Instead, they really listened to what I was looking for and offered helpful, honest advice to guide me toward the right choice.
What stood out most was how much time and care they dedicated to making sure I felt confident in my decision.
