Copenclean were great! The booking process was easy, the staff were friendly, and the robot was so cool to use and cleaned the windows really well! There was a tiny bit at the sides we cleaned by hand, but the robot still saved us so much time compared to doing it ourselves. We would definitely use again!

The cleaning itself worked well if not entirely spotless. Definitely a good solution for apartment buildings. The service was friendly and professional and the robot was easy to use.

There were extra wipes included, along with a cleaning solution.
In the app, I could choose between different cleaning modes.
It worked well for me, and I’ll definitely order again.

Super oplevelse - Første gang med lidt lærdom, men ellers rigtig godt når man bor på 4sal og ikke gider “hænge” ud af vinduerne.

Extremely useful for new apartments and houses.
I'm not a handyman, but I can clean over 40 windows with this robot.
Copenclean provides excellent support.

Jeg skulle fraflytte min lejlighed og skulle derfor have vasket mine vinduer. Da bygningen er lavet på en (synes jeg) underlig måde, er det næste umuligt at vaske ydersiden selv, og mine vinduer havde derfor ikke været vasket i det år jeg boede der.
Med kyndig vejledning fra Tomas og Matus fandt jeg ud af, hvilken robot der passede bedst til mine vinduer -og hvilken forskel det gjorde!! Vinduerne skinner og er så flotte -noget jeg ikke kunne have fået dem til, hvis jeg selv skulle have givet mig i kast med det.

Jeg er fuld tilfreds med både resultatet og ikke mindst den service jeg fik hele vejen igennem, så jeg kan KLART anbefale Copenclean 🤩

Easy booking process and great service! The robot worked fantastically. It is very easy to use and you can operate it manually if you don’t want to download the app. This is a very cost effective way to clean windows. We rented the plug in version so we did not have to worry about charging time.

Smooth process from start to finish. Tomas was very friendly and gave clear instructions. The robot is easy to use and price is fair. Windows are completely clean, especially the outside parts, which I wouldn’t be able to clean without the robot. Good price for great service. Way easier than I expected.

Hentede maskinen og fik lov til at låne den ekstra time uden beregning. Den gjorde det godt. Jeg kunne bruge tiden på andre opgaver mens den arbejde. Valgte dog selv at hjælpe til på nogle af de vinduer jeg selv kunne nå, men det havde ikke været nødvendigt. Kan klart anbefales.

The magic robot made magic out of my windows. My apartment has 5 m wide windows facing the canals, where only magic could clean them.
So, Copenclean did the job great and the sun enters our apartment differently.
Super satisfied and I will definitely become a loyal customer :)
In addition to the robot I also received assistance and help from Tomas at a higher level. And if you have children it is a great opportunity to do an activity together with them "Funny windows cleaning". My 6 year old son thoroughly enjoyed steering the robot on the windows using the app. So it is childproof, I can confirm :)

We had a great experience with CopenClean! The robot and app worked great, and our windows haven’t looked this nice since we moved in. Customer service was also excellent. We will definitely rebook!

If you’ll use it for outdoor windows, I’d suggest that you request 4-5 cleaning pads from Tomas so you don’t need to wash and replace the cleaning pads every other window ☺️

I was very pleasantly surprised by this cleaning robot!!
Had a couple of large windows in my apartment, which were practically impossible to clean manually from the outside, I couldn't reach them - the robot solved this very smoothly.
It's fast, only took a couple of minutes for each window, and the quality is perfect, it doesn't leave any traces, reaches even the edges very well.
Oh, and the booking process is very easy, nice lads who run the company!

Easy to use and great results. We couldn't get the accompanying app to work, but the robot worked regardless (connectivity issues; could also have been my phone). The robot cleans a window in ~4 minutes and leaves no drippings and only occasionally light tracing that can be easily removed with a clean cloth. We will definitely be doing this again and can recommend to everyone.
