COP IT AU Avis 85

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. 0 stars, not even 1 star. I ordered shoes that were available on their website, they were added to my cart & I paid $300 on 10th September at 12.23pm, website says all orders shipped day of order if received by 1pm, and shipping estimated in 1 to 3 business days. On the 17th September, a week later, I received an email that due to high volume of orders there is a delay. I replied to this email and I asked to cancel the order if they actually didn't have them in stock and got no response. I found a mobile number on their website and sent text messages. After 3 messages, they finally replied and asked if I would accept a smaller or bigger size??? I replied that No thats not something that would work. After 3 more messages requesting cancellation & refund they replied that "I believe your order has already been cancelled. Have you received an email confirmation of this?" I replied no I have not and got no further replies and no refund. I have put in a dispute with my bank. They take the money & run. Can you see that they don't reply to bad reviews? No response, but their fake "good" reviews, they reply with gushing thanks. I wish I had looked at all of their bad reviews on this site. Assuming there will be no reply to this, my order no was #COP3833! Leon is it??

I ordered a $350 for pair of Nike tuned and it was a month ago . Don't order from this site as it's a scam .

Ordered 7th October 2024 - express shipping still nothing a month later. Emailed multiple times no response. Do not purchase as you will waste your money.

Absolute scam, don’t reply to emails, and do not send your purchase. This site needs to be shut down, all 5 star reviews are bots.

Worst online shopping experience ever. Much like the other reviews, I ordered a supposedly in stock item on 4 Sep. it’s now 15 Oct, and item still not received. On 27 Sep received notification that it was ‘ready for processing’ with aus post, but it’s never been sent from COP IT. They don’t reply to emails or texts - scammers!

I ordered shoes over 2 weeks ago I have tried emailing and msging with no reply to either of them and I’ve sent 7 emails and probably the same in msgs THEY WILL NOT REPLY the Oder was taken the shipping number sent to AUSTRALIA POST but item has not been delivered or picked up by Australia Post I know this because I called and spoke to them.
I’m not the only person that’s been ripped off by COP IT AU read the reviews.
I’ll Stick to pushas from now on there never let me down.

25/9 received email saying “ sorry sorry, we are very busy but will send order shortly “

shouldve listened to the one star reviews. ordered something a week ago specifically for the 1-3 shipping time because i needed something by tomorrow. tracking has been stuck on 'ready for processing' since a week ago so im assuming the package hasnt even been sent yet. not sure if i'll ever get it - will be disputing with my bank as any correspondence with the company has been ignored. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME

Extremely disappointed - order express post adidas shoes - 28 August 24 NOT yet received to date 3rd October 24 . Have disputed with Afterpay Nil response from COP IT with direct emails . Express to post 1-3 days with purchase . Cop It declined to cancel order with dispute from Afterpay Will continue to follow up . Shoes were ordered for a trip of which I have been and returned . Extremely disappointed

I had a great shopping experience. I loved that they have a good return policy if wrong size, however, shoes fit well. Perfect condition. Arrived within a few days or order.

Ordered shoes on the 10th Sept with a delivery timeframe of 1-3 days. Shoes still not received 16 days later and no response to emails, texts, and FB messenger messages that I've sent during that time - there is absolutely no way to contact this Company & speak with someone directly. The shoes were a gift for my son's birthday which has now come & gone & I have no idea if the shoes will even be sent out. I am beyond disappointed with this experience.

I made my order on the 21st August, over a month ago. My messages were left on read on the 14th of this month yet have not been they have not been able to provide me with an update since their last message saying they were having trouble sourcing the item I ordered even though it was available on the website when I purchased it.

Despite my anticipation and planning, nearly a month passed without a single update on my order. I reached out via email to inquire about the status, but my messages went unanswered. It was disheartening to feel ignored as a customer, especially when I had invested both my time and money into this purchase.
Eventually, I received an email notification indicating that the shoes were finally on their way, but to my dismay, the expected delivery date was set for October 1—well after the birthday I had hoped to celebrate. The total lack of communication and transparency regarding the shipping process has left me feeling let down.
Overall, my experience with COP IT AU has been extremely frustrating and has tarnished my perception of their brand. I was excited about the opportunity to surprise my partner, but instead, I am left with disappointment. I sincerely hope they can improve their shipping and customer service practices in the future, as this experience has made it unlikely that I would consider ordering from them again

Do not buy from this seller! The website and FAQ page is all smoke and mirrors. Website says it will be shipped within 1-3 days. My item was delivered in 7 days. Then I spent the next 3 weeks requesting a Return Label because the sweatshirt I bought was a size too big. I attempted contact by email, sms and FB messenger. Then I requested a refund instead. No response to any communication. No customer service. No credibility. Unprofessional and incompetent management.

The best in the game. I've spent 10K+ with COP IT and everything has been so good. I genuinely cannot pick out any flaw with this website, absolutely insane!!
