I ordered a beautiful mirror, but it was damaged on arrival - as was the packaging. A lovely lady at Copperfield Mirrors was very kind and helpful and a replacement one was with me in 2 days. It looks fantastic in my sitting room.
I came across Copperfield Mirrors whilst searching for a round brass mirror for our master bedroom. I was looking for a very specific colour tone and the one I ordered looked to be perfect. The price was great and the ordering process was very easy, it arrived quickly and was well packaged. Sadly the colour wasn't quite right so I emailed them to request a return. The return was arranged promptly and was a straight forward and easy transaction. I received an email to let me know it had been received and then another to confirm the refund was being issued.
I would highly recommend.
