I had lots of experience with manual handling and i did it physically and also same with hoisting also this is amazing because the teacher was amazingly nice she respected us we respected her the service is 10/10
It is a great way of socialising too

Thoroughly enjoyed the training session. The trainer(Faith) was very professional but fun too. She is very knowledgeable and was totally in control of running the session. No question was too much and she interacted with everyone in the session. The course itself was very informative and thought provoking in some ways. Best of all she provided us with hot and cold drinks and plenty of snacks. I highly recommend her and her company.
