bad afte rsales service
unfortunately i had bad luck with this product as it did not work out of the box
i raised this issue with core electronics and they suggested that i return the product for testing unfortunately the pi screen was part of our navigation system on our yacht and i could not wait the two weeks or more it would take to post the screen back to them and have it tested .
i explained this to them and asked if i could post the broken one back and have another one sent out so i could fix our navigation system before we set sail but they were unwilling to do that or even give me a refund
i can understand that they have procedures for replacements but they were unwilling to make any effort to help a customer who spent a substantial amount on a product that they sent out faulted.
i will write off the money i spent on this product and the bad experience of dealing with core electrons after sales as a learning experience that big companies do not give a shit about their customers.
the reason i post this negative review is to make others aware that this could also happen to them and if i could i would give a zero star review

Regretfully, we can’t ship a replacement before the original part is returned, especially for higher-value items. The process is straightforward.
If timing is sensitive, as mentioned earlier, please feel free to reorder a replacement now with express post. Once the original part arrives and is confirmed faulty, we’ll refund the product and the return shipping.

Prompt delivery, items were packed exceptionally well. When i opened my package i was surprised to find a sticker sheet and a Raspberry Pi quick start guide, and thought it was a nice touch.
