Great product. Poor customer service
The product Core Balance produce is great... 5 stars. The delivery and customer management not so great. They delivered one of my four kettle bells to the wrong address, twice. Once is a mistake, twice is unforgivable. I had to spend at least half an hour on three occasions waiting online for someone to answer my calls. Any emails sent to the customer services team are advised that it will take 7-10 days to answer. All in all a bad experience. I want to order the next weight up and have all my kettle bells from the same manufacturer. Sadly, I have been burned and don't want to waste my time chasing, chasing, chasing. Very sad.

Core balance website had a great…
Core balance website had a great selection of yoga mats all within my price range. The quality is of very high standard even better than I expected. My yoga experience with my core balance mat totally enhanced my practice in particular my dancers pose allowing me to strengthen my core skills along with a more connected flow through my sequences.
I couldn’t recommend high enough would definitely buy again and give company, delivery and product a 5 star review.

Mega Mats!
The products are great from here and such good value. This is my fourth purchase. I opted for the extra large yoga mats for my home gym. They really are extra large. Plenty of space for stretching out. The quality is fantastic; nice and thick with enough give for comfort. Super speedy dispatch and delivery. All together topnotch!

Customer service is slow and unhelpful
Customer service is slow and unhelpful. Numerous emails sent with all the right info and the same questions kept coming back. I I ordered 3 things in one order, they were sent in 3 separate parcels- still missing one.
