Great experience, they were on time, really tidy, the end result is a lovely new set of draft proof windows!

We recently had all of our windows replaced by Core Sash Windows and the windows, workmanship and service have all been excellent.
The windows are very well made and have made an enormous difference to our flat in terms of retaining heat and being draft and noise free. The finish of the windows is very high and the staff have all, without exception, been helpful, friendly, hard working and kept the flat as clean as could be expected given the kind of work involved.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Core Sash Windows.

Great quality product, have massively improved our home inside and out. Amazing attention to detail from all staff - from sales to the fitters to the decorators, even managed to save and reuse my original surrounds. Will be back to sort out the kitchen and dining room we we sort those rooms out.

I first used the services of Core Sash Windows circa 7 years ago for the full replacement of my front bay and upper and rear sash windows. Along with the quality and the aligned cost, what impressed me the most was the professionalism, care and diligence the team accosted. The service and conduct of the workmanship was impeccable. I recently called upon Core again as some very minor works were required, due to usual weathering. I was pleased to hear from the customer service team, who responded to my enquiry immediately, that the works were covered by the guarantee. And, within a week - all was sorted.

Tim, Sean and Dan's team at Core replaced all of our sash windows about 8 years ago. Like one of your other reviews here, we also live in a Conservation Area and so it was really important that we find a company we could trust to do a good job. All of our windows are still absolutely perfect and the level of service we received from the team was outstanding. We used them again to replace another window in a different property about 2 years ago and I'm happy to say that the service and level of craftsmanship has remained just as high. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality, bespoke sash windows.

Core made and installed 3 sets of French doors for our Edwardian house. We took ages to decide on a supplier as so many door manufacturers only provide off the shelf products which look cheap and insubstantial. We chose Core because they were prepared to make bespoke doors to our specification at a competitive price. We are delighted with the doors now they're installed. They are beautifully made and finished and the design is completely sympathetic to the age of the house. We had dreaded the fitting process, expecting lots of mess and damage to existing decoration (old doors had to be taken out and new frames installed along with new architrave and skirting). We couldn't have been more wrong - the carpenter and painter were incredibly clean and tidy, clearing up any mess before they left each evening. They were professional, friendly and polite and a real credit to the team. The finish is exceptional - they really went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect and we were happy. There is no need for any further decorating work - they made good all damage to plaster and trim - you really would not be able to tell that the doors are new. We were so happy with the whole experience. In fact it was so incredibly easy and painless we're thinking of replacing the windows now... Thoroughly recommend them.

Easily the best workmanship I’ve ever had done on my house. Some time on and the windows are in perfect condition and often commented on by other tradesmen. The house is quieter, more energy efficient and the team were polite and left the place spotless after. Would 100% recommend.

Had a lovely and amenable free survey on the 16th August. Was reassured that I would receive an update/quote in around 10 days. Sent a follow-up email asking for an update. No reply. If the job is not of interest. That's fine by me. But if as a company you promise to deliver a course of action, then please do deliver to it. Or just don't commit!
