Great design & feel
Great design & feel. Also really like the smell of the products. I have had one or two small knicks, but I've put this down to familiarity and move away from oil....sure this is temporary. The blades stay sharper longer than previous razors.

Happy customer..so far so good!
Really pleased with the products so far. I've only had 2 shaves so far so it's early days but the razor itself is great quality and having my initials is a nice touch and i like that 😁 I also like the little red blade protector that came with the kit, great idea actually as blade surface contamination has always been a cause for concern of mine with other razors but not anymore!
I've been using the toothpaste and deodorant and again am very happy.

I like the razor, it’s great better than I expected however I feel that the handle is a little too heavy especially when trying to shave. But a great product.

Thanks for the feedback.
We developed our razor based on feedback and suggestions directly from our members. They asked us for a trimmer blade, to help reach those difficult areas, better blade spacing to reduce clogging, and a more contoured handle - I am sorry that it hasn't felt that way for you.
Some of our members that have reported similar feedback advised that after a period of time, they got used to the weight of the handle. I do hope this is the same for you.

Very high quality razor handle but lacks grip when wet
Very high quality razor handle & blade head is small enough to get into all the fiddley places under the nose. Blades were very good, gliding across the face effortlessly. The only negative comment would be the lack of grip on the handle when wet.

With regards to the handle grip, we have had similar feedback from a few members, and am happy to let you know we will be releasing a handle with a better grip in the near future. Keep an eye out on your emails as we will be letting all our members know when this will happen.

best blade I've ever used
best blade I've ever used. the only criticism would be that the handle on the blade holder is too smooth making it difficult to grip. a knurled handle would be better. this is a minor issue though as it still gives a very close smooth shave with no cuts or rash.

I am sorry to hear that there has been a noticeable drop in performance of you blades after use. This all depends on how frequently you shave, and how coarse your facial hair is. However, the blades should still stay sharp after a few uses. If you feel like the blades you received might be faulty, do drop a line to our care team - help@cornerstone.co.uk

Disappointing shave
Service good and design looks good. I'm afraid I'm getting more razor rash, small cuts and soreness. Can't work out if it's the blades or gel that came with it. Shave also does not seem quite as close. Probably won't repeat buy

Oh dear, I am sorry to hear what you have described. Our products were designed for sensitive skin, so I am puzzled as to what may be causing this. I do hope you are speedily healing up.
We do recommend softening your facial hair with lots of hot water before shaving and passing your blade under water every couple of strokes to get the best out of it. If you feel like your blades aren't up to scratch, we will happily replace them for you.
