I presume the recipients enjoyed this...I've yet to hear from them! I know it has arrived as promptly as usual.

The box was quite squashed! It was delivered to the person who ordered it, rather than the person it was ordered for. Very disappointing! Tried calling, no answer or call back, various emails, still no answer!! Extremely disappointing 🙄😦!!!!!!!!!!!

Good pasties! Terrible scones - awful, awful cheap nasty factory stuff, worse than the cheapest range at the supermarket , we threw them away after tasting. (Also not the heart-shaped ones that were ordered.)

Easy to order, kept updated on delivery, This isn't the first one I have ordered from yourselves, and it certainly won't be the last. Everything arrived safe in gift box.. Friends were over the moon to receive it,they don't get out much because of illnesses, and I wanted to send something they would love. They said how fresh it was even after few days of waiting to eat it, as everytime they were going to eat it, someone popped in,and they didn't want to share this lovely gift with anyone 😂 Delivery was on time. Really disappointed with the packaging inside the box, items put in with a handful of shredded paper. There must have also been a glitch on the system as the cream tea was sent to my address and arrived around 20.40hrs and there was no card in it. Contacted seller who was sympathetic but said I hadn’t added a card, which I definitely had. However I was relieved I received my own order as I would have been totally embarrassed for my friend’s to have received this gift

I ordered a vegan cream tea to be delivered on 8th of April for my daughters birthday but nothing was received after getting a confirmation of the order and payment taken and I don’t seem to be able to communicate with this company who seem to have disappeared off the planet

I originally ordered a hamper for mothers day but it didn't arrive so i was informed a new one would be delivered- i gave them the benefit of the doubt but suprise suprise no parcel again. Definately do not recommend...paid for something i haven't recieved....if i could give 0 stars i would.

I received this pasty and cream tea for two as a Mother’s Day present from my daughter. Despite being quite excited about receiving the gift as it looked lovely, I was really disappointed as there was only 1 pasty in it, the scones were soft but tiny and even more disappointing , the cream was really hard and was more like cheese than cream. A very disappointing first time experience. I took a photo of the cheese , I mean cream but there’s no way to add a photo.

Tracking was excellent (and glad they use a courier that can be tracked). Hamper arrived as requested and contents were good quality and very much appreciated by the recipient. A lovely gift to send as a surprise or as a present. Small hitch (on our part) with the order but the company went well above and beyond expectations to compensate.

Amazing! Truly delicious and great customer service! These people are busy quite rightly so- being Mother’s Day weekend. There was a slight mishap (it’s happens) I contact customer service and they fixed it right away, the pasties are incredible and the scones are just unforgettable! I highly recommend!

Didn't deliver on time and ignored my emails
Wouldn't recommend as they rely to much on Royal Mail and should not have waited until the last minute to send. At least it would have arrived in time and not after mother's day.
