My wife and I decided that we needed to update our wills and make Lasting Power of Attorney documents. After doing a search on the internet we contacted Cornwall Will Writers for assistance.
We had an initial meeting with Claire at the Truro Office where we specified our wishes for the contents of our new wills and LPA's. 
Claire was only too willing to help and explained everything in plain English so we could easily understand that our requirements were being met.

Draft wills were sent through by email for proof reading and for any adjustments before the final wills were produced. Another meeting with Claire at Truro again where she went through everything to make sure that we fully understood the contents of the final wills and that they fulfilled our wishes before signing.

The Power Of Attorney Documents were ready to ensure they were correct before sending out to the attorneys for signature and then completion.

The whole process was made easier with the help of a professional Will Writer that will spend as much time as you need to make sure you get the documents that you requested.
