One of the worst customer service I have ever come across. Full of delays in getting what you ordered and no info regarding deliveries. Absolute nightmare to deal with. Worse they BS you as if you are an idiot. Wish we had an alternative. There is also a vindictiveness if you complain by delaying delivery of your order and giving you feeble excuses.
They say 'take it with a grain of salt' - well, take it with the whole mine, forget the shaker. So, there's a scam going on where a former employee of PPG is stealing money from people, basically using this company as a front. When I reached an actual person in a position of authority at the company, he was pretty great. He explained that people are calling complaining about this scam, took the information that I had, and told me how to actually apply for a job at the company. These people are trying to ruin the company's reputation while stealing people's money, and I see reviews that I can tell are based on the scammers. It's kind of disgusting, all the way around. They really are a good company.

PPG is always a great choice for us to work with and we are very happy that there are companies that still do their work with love and enthusiasm. We prepare marketing for PPG for the Czech and Slovak markets, and cooperation with their marketing department is always efficient and constructive.
Reluctantly gave them one star, after having a 2 hour interview for a sales coordinator role they couldn’t even be bothered to let me know why l didn’t get the role. I even gave them ample opportunity to after leaving multiple messages with Thomas Maxey and David Miles. No respect and no integrity.
