It took quite a while for the parcel to be dispatched . The smell of the tshirts is not pleasant, very strong chemical/glue smell.

Fantastic brand run by fantastic people!
I have ordered from these guys multiple times now and have been more than pleased with the quality of the service and products received.
Staff are friendly and go above and beyond.
Only criticism I would give (but it’s wholly understandable given the hardships small businesses like these have faced due to COVID) is I wish they had more of a womenswear range.

Best shop ever
I absolutely love this shop and I'm so sad it's closing. I've just found somewhere that does decent sized plus sized clothes with funky designs. The clothes are great quality and wash really well. The sizes are great.
It's such a shame that your closing, this in asked me sad. Thank you for all your fabulous clothes

Hi Jake, Instagram messaging was faulty for several days so a reply was sent to your email; I'll copy/paste it here in case you did not receive it via that delivery method.
"The 3 products are different & have never been advertised as the same. The pre-made & custom hoodies were so heavily discounted at the time you purchased them that I suspect money was lost on them; there will likely have been sale/clearance stickers on the product listings. All the different products will have had, and do have, all their individual information contained in the listing; including print method & material weight. The mto products are clearly labelled as such & the same hoods have been used for those for at least 18 months. There are also contact details provided in the product listings alongside the request that if a customer wants to know more about the print methods to get in touch; all this has been present at the time any of the product listings went public. Prices have not gone up for products and the 3 products you have are not practically comparable in the aspects that you highlight. I'm unsure where your confusion & subsequent disappointment has originated as all the product information you require is present for customers to view easily."
If you considered any of our responses "irate" then I would please like you to consider the facts of the situation & the time wasted trying to explain to you that the only disappointment warranted is in your inability to differentiate between 3 different products & read product information which is not in "small print" but right next to the product images in a clear font/size. Your implication that we were somehow trying to reduce quality while increasing prices is unfounded and easily proven false; we tend to get a little irate when accusations of dishonesty are levelled against us.
P.S. You say "quality" when you mean material weight/fabric weight/gsm; the 2 are not linked.
