Excellent seller, great prices and very fast despatch and delivery. Very well packaged, very happy with purchase thank you. Would buy again without hesitation. Highly recommend cosmic toys uk. Great trusted online shopping experience A+++++

I have been to cosmic toys so many times and each time has been an amazing experience Gareth is a living legend he’s an awesome fella who you can have a good laugh with I have taken many of transformers here to trade in and he’s given me a great deal if you are a big toy collector come here because the experience is out of this world ha get it cause it’s called cosmic toys haha … cheers Gareth for all the laughs

I made a small online order and they couldn't have been more helpful they also went above and beyond with my delivery I would definitely recommend cosmic toys.

Great prices, packaging and shipping time. I bought a figure with a damaged package as it was a bit cheaper, found a lovely personal note inside my package saying how they'd recently sold it and sent me a mint one instead. 5* will definitely buy from again.

Excellent seller. Great price, fast postage and well packaged. Will be buying from cosmic toys again. Thank You.

Cosmic Toys offers a great selection of rare collectibles and models, with quick dispatch and careful packaging. The service feels personal, which is a nice touch. Despite some mixed reviews, I found them reliable and helpful. I’d highly recommend giving them a chance, especially for hard-to-find items. Thank you, Cosmic Toys!

All round great service, delivery was super fast and their description of the item and condition was very accurate, thank you

Bought off these guys after seeing the good reviews on here and was definitely not disappointed.
They had some rare action figures that hardly ever appear on eBay, especially at their price for virtually mint 35 year old toys still on their cards.
Lightning fast delivery: received my action figures on the Tuesday after purchasing late on Sunday night from the website, which was easy to navigate and use.
Secure box with plenty of bubble wrap, even the carded figures inside were wrapped individually so there was no movement in transit and they arrived exactly as pictured on the site. Obviously done with care and a lot of attention. It's this kind of thing that is really appreciated.
Figures exactly as described. They display beautifully. I only need one more and my childhood fix is complete.
Very very happy and will be browsing again come next payday.
PS They accept Paypal too unlike a few other online toy shops.

I bought a figure from their website about a week ago. They emailed me back a couple days ago, telling me that they were out of stock on the figure. Unlike other companies I've dealt with they didn't just issue me a refund. They went above and beyond with their customer service. The first one they sourced for me wasn't going to arrive in time for Xmas. But they were able to source me another one and send it directly to my address within a few days. I'm am extremely pleased with their customer service and would definitely be buying from here again.

Great range of vintage and modern toys, figures, comics & collectables, all at competative prices. Excellent customer service, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have not visited, what are you waiting for?!

The owner is a great guy very helpful easy to deal with the figure was exactly what I asked for I was delighted when I received it the package was packed brilliant will deal with again

An amazing store and online store, the guy who owns it Gareth is knowledgeable in all what he has in store and will go above and beyond too help in any toy finding needs

Great shop & friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

This is simply the best toy shop in the UK.
Highly recommended.
Brilliant stock Brilliant staff.
Jewel of Dewsbury.

What a shop!!! If you haven’t already you need to check this shop out. Full to the brim with fantastic toys. The customer service is fantastic very nice and friendly people. Couldn’t of asked for anything more.

Bad attitude of owner in store. Poor service - will not go here again.

It's been using Cosmic Toys for years and will continue to use them,What can I say about this shop it's phenomenal truly breathtaking the variety in-store is amazing, those other reviews are bogus and unwarranted as the owner is by far the most helpful and friendly person to talk to I've ever met, where else can I stock up on all my nerdy goodness, shop local

Received my delivery of a Betty Boop rumba doll which arrived broken in small fragments at the ankle.
Although having previously sent emails regarding the time frame in which I would receive the delivery the seller was very helpful and polite, as I needed this remarkable doll as a present for a friend and was so delighted to be able to find it at Cosmic toys. Delivery was quick and seller very reliable and I would recommend as he responds to all queries.
However I was really disappointed and unhappy to open the box and find the doll ankle broken most likely in transit I felt heartbroken.
Today after emailing the seller as to what had happened and sending the pictures of the broken dolls ankle and the porcelain fragments he was very sympathetic and happy to provide me a full refund.
Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding.

Excellent service and products! I highly recommend this business ☺️

Very pleased I stumbled across this company. I’d been searching for the product I ordered for some time so it was great to find this rare, collectible figure in such great condition. It was dispatched within 24 hours of my ordering it and arrived well-packed.

I’d definitely use Cosmic Toys again and highly recommend this company.
