Such a wonderful tour of American…

Such a wonderful tour of American music! Love all the museums and experiences included in the tour. Really enjoyed many of the optional activities that enhanced what we were doing.
Our tour director, Barbara was a wealth of information and added a lot of special surprises to make each state memorable.
Driver Torris did an amazing job and kept the bus in immaculate condition.
Hotels were located in areas that allowed for independent exploration.
Such an amazing trip!

We had the best guide-Gabriele. He was so fun to travel with. He gave much history and humor and was very attentive to details and handled all concerns quickly. Very impressive! Give him a big raise!!!

Cosmos is including fewer dinners than…

Cosmos is including fewer dinners than before, giving details about what we will not see would be helpful, ex- not going into the Colossium. The towns we saw were nice, but rushed, so we could drive to the next destination, ex- Assissi needs more than 2hrs. Some hotels were good- Montecantini,Sorrento,Lake Maggiore, others not- Venice area, and the last night in Rome. Having more free days in Rome to see more sites would be good, either with Cosmos or on our own.

I had a great experienced on this tour!Cosmos delivered!from hotel accommodations,our tour director Jorge and our bus driver Jose even our tour guides,I would recommend to my friends and colleagues to try Cosmos so that they will have the best travel experience of a lifetime!

Our tour to Spain and portugal

Excellent tour director Jorge and driver Jose. Made the trip so much more enjoyable. The locations we travelled to were beautiful and we learnt so much more about Spain and Portugal. We met great fellow travellers from all over the world.

Best vacation experience

Best vacation experience, 1st cosmos trip since retirement. Tour guides, drivers, hotel, food are excellent including excursions to landmarks and nature sights.

Great taste of both places

We had a wonderful time in Brazil and Argentina with our tour guide James. We saw three incredible places and it gave us just a taste of each country - so much so that we want to come back!

Disappointing Experience Before the Tour Even Began

I had high expectations going into my first experience with Cosmos, but unfortunately, it has been disappointing from the start—and I haven’t even taken the tour yet.

The itinerary is extremely vague and lacks basic, essential details. There are no clear departure or arrival times, and even major highlights are not properly explained. For example, it’s unclear whether iconic sites like the Colosseum are included as actual entry visits or just quick exterior stops. Optional excursions are listed without clear or consistent pricing, making it nearly impossible to plan or budget in advance.

What’s even more frustrating is the inconsistency in the information provided. Each time I’ve called with specific questions, I’ve received different answers, which only adds to the confusion and undermines trust.

Customer service has been equally disappointing. Before booking, communication was responsive and helpful. After booking, however, the experience has been drastically different. Representatives have come across as unhelpful, dismissive, and at times outright rude. It genuinely feels like once payment is made, customer support becomes an afterthought.

At this point, the lack of transparency, inconsistent communication, and poor post-booking service have already left me with serious doubts about the overall quality of this tour. If this is the experience before the trip has even begun, it does not inspire confidence in what’s to come. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and ask very detailed questions before committing

My husband and I went on a cosmos trip…

My husband and I went on a cosmos trip to Europe and it was absolutely amazing!! We loved that everything was organized and that we were able to have free time throughout the day to explore as well!! It was our first time traveling outside of the US and it was amazing! Our tour guide Patricia was soooo knowledgeable! She gave us a paper that had different words for us to learn in 5 different languages! I am a history person and she gave us lots of info for each country we visited! She knew it was our honeymoon and she surprised us with 2 gentlemen to serenade us while on the gondola ride! Our driver Franchesco was amazing! He drove the bus like a champ! The whole experience was amazing and we recommend it to everyone! We saw 7 countries in 14 days and it was totally amazing!!

1 start is a lot to give Cosmos…

1 start is a lot to give Cosmos Manchester we paid 1 hour and half you gave us just one hour to stay I don’t know where you guys did your maths from but you a just swindlers. I told one the receptionists on realised the time you put on the table was not adding up to the time we paid. Receptionist said we paid at 19:48 and we leave at 21:00 so fifteen minutes is there weekend composition and I have 1 hour and 15 to leave. It was still not adding up the time on the receipt. Anyway the whole service bullshit, a waitress rushing around to take plates knocked my phone with a plate, screen broken. Why overbook people and you can’t handle the pressure👎 awful restaurant can’t see myself going back. Not worth anybody’s money.

Shocking service

Shocking service, this will be second time we’ve visited this place first was my husbands birthday meal booked table for 7.30 waited in queue finally seated at 8 paid over £200 for them to stop food at 8.30? When speaking to manager he was rude and very much didn’t care - similar situation this time round booked a table yesterday morning for them to then cancel late last night been trying to call all day no answer, we arrived at 6.30 to then be told no walk ins allowed till 8 said we were happy to wait for a cancellation got told no and pretty much go away!! The server didn’t speak much English and didn’t understand and no care in the world fobbed us off to speak to the next person, again spoke to manager who messed us around the last time and this time told us whatever he basically doesn’t care and they have to prioritise last minute bookings which made no sense cause we tried to book again and said no availability, we ended up leaving to then come back 20 minutes later to see they are accepting walk ins again tried to speak to manager again who then told us to go away in a different form, food is lovely here but poor service and management needs looking into or retraining on customer service!! Feel very let down tonight and will not be visiting again, BOURNEMOUTH

Deposit not able to be put on a later travel date $1000 lost!

My family and I have been on a number of Globus and Cosmos tours. As a matter of fact we had a wonderful family trip back in September to Portugal which was awesome. Once we were back we immediately booked another tour for this Spring to Poland. Unfortunately we were forced to cancel due to a health concern of one of our travellers. We were very upset to find out that our deposit of $1000 was not able to be put on another date later this year. This had been done when we had to change our dates for the Fall 2025 trip. Needless to say we were very disappointed and warn everyone that this may happen to you. I guess a continued supporter of this tour company isn't taken very seriously by management.
