Perfect car rental Alicante Airport
Used these guys for car rental from Alicante airport 18.9.2023 for 4 days and i can't rate them highly enough. The booking process was easy with clear Instructions on how to collect the car on the day via email.
When we arrived Caroline was there waiting for us with a clean and relatively new Citroen C3 which was perfect for the 2 of us. Caroline was very polite and friendly and talked us through all the paperwork clearly.
No issues at all with the car during our stay, car had sat nav and air con and plenty of space. Car had been cleaned on the inside before we collected which is nice touch and goes along way.
We 100% recommend these guys and we will definitely use again, thank you.

Brilliant taxi transfer
Brilliant taxi transfer at a really good price.
Very smart and helpful driver waiting with name on board at arrivals. Lifted heavy cases into taxi and on arrival at hotel took them in for us which was ideal as I have a broken arm. Really 1st class service in a top notch taxi would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely excellent company
Absolutely excellent company. Due to missing our flight and missing our transfer we used costa Blanca transfers last minute to book us a taxi to resort. No issues booking same day transfer and even though we had a 2 hour delay the driver was there waiting for us! Would 100% use them again. Thank you so much

Flight was delayed and driver was there upon my arrival
My flight was delayed 2 hours and upon arrival the driver was waiting for me. Took my luggage from me to the van. The driver gave me a cold bottle of water and air conditioning brilliant. On the way back from Benidorm to the airport I was given a present such a lovely touch. Will be back again next year and will use you again.

Awesome service. It started with quick and clear replies on my e-mails. A good follow up of the arrival time. I landed 30 minutes early and the driver was just parking the car when I entered the arrival hall. She was very friendly and helpful with my Luggage. The smooth driving style made me feel cofortable in the back of a clean van. I highly recommend this service.

Disappointed travelers
I had used costa blanca transfers once before so was happy to use again however the experience wasn’t as great.
On arrival the bus broke down, to be fair a second bus arrived quite quickly however the attitude of the other driver who brought the second bus was poor and everything seemed a hassle including fitting car seats for the children which we had asked be provided.
Our transfer to hotel took longer than expected as the driver didn’t know where he was going and the air conditioning on the bus wasn’t great. The driver who took us to the hotel was nice enough but didn’t have great English so it was difficult to communicate.
There was quick communication via the whats app number but it was disappointing that there was no review of the pricing due to all the inconvenience caused and the poor experience of the transfer.
The pick up transfer didn’t arrive on time and we were once again greeted with the driver with the bad attitude who made us all feel uncomfortable.
Would be hesitant to use again

Costa Blanca Transfers are a great company. Very easy to book with and great communication. I accidentally booked the return on the wrong day and although it was busy season and they were booked they made sure we had the return transfer sorted in no time. Driver was on time on arrival and departure and was very professional and polite. We would use these if returning. Thanks a lot.

Just come back from Benidorm
Just come back from Benidorm, so easy to book, everything perfect,had a problem with a cancelled flight, no problem as great communication. The service is door to door, driver waiting at airport with name on a sign as i walked out of arrival,
pick up 4.45 am, both on time, great service, highly recommended.

Villamartin Transfer
Our driver ( Steven) meet as the location on the confirmation email, the transfer to Villamartin was faultless as Steven was an excellent driver . Picked back up on time and another excellent transfer back to the airport. I would recommend to use this service and we will book again when we next travel to the Costa Blanca .

Faultless service from Costa blanca transfer.com
Our car broke down the day before our flight to the UK. I contacted Costa blanca transfers.com and Andrew was super helpful. I used WhatsApp to give him details of our apartment and within minutes he agreed to send a taxi the next day. The price was good and Steve arrived on time, well 10 minutes early. He was friendly and a very good driver. My husband and I would certainly recommend to all our friends and we will use them again.

62 minutes after confirming your booking we had to regrettably cancel due to clients informing us of a flight time change, it's not as if you booked weeks ago, you only booked the day before you arrived! Out of the many thousands of transfer bookings this year, we have only cancelled this 1 (and we did so in 1 hour).

Brilliant company and service
My flight was detoured and delayed! This company was amazingly patient with the time change! The driver was polite and helpful and I was drinking my cocktails in no time!!
