I ordered the Maternity Pillow - Organic Wool and found it so comfortable around my bump. I felt cool and it was great that I could adjust it as my bump got bigger. I still use it now for feeding and when I read bedtime stories. I will be looking at renewing all my bedding very soon.

The staff were so friendly, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me choose which pillow was best for me.
I also loved that they are microplastic free, and having used it now, I can agree the breathability is excellent.

Fantastic duvet and pillow! I never had a better sleep, for me it’s been worth every single penny! The customer service is fantastic and quick delivery. A big bonus that everything is made in the UK great to support local businesses.

I ordered a front-sleeper pillow and it arrived quickly. It was in a plastic bag and was clearly labeled non-returnable if opened, however, it was impossible to know whether or not it was suitable without opening it. I tried it out for a few nights and found it so uncomfortable to sleep on as a front sleeper. It wedged my neck up which gave me neck-ache for three days after. It was also uncomfortable on my side and back. I emailed the company to ask how to submit a review and they called me to ask about my experience. When I told them, the response was 'oh ok', but no offer of returning the item. I tried to buy a cover with it but none were offered on the cosyco website to fit the pillow. It was advertised as coming with 'its own jersey cover' but this had an external zipper and plastic-y labels, so wouldn't have been fit for purpose without a separate cover. I submitted my review (twice, as the website deleted my first one), but nothing is showing on the website 5 days later. Now I'm thinking that one 5 star review is not because it's a great product, it's because they don't display anything less than 4 or 5 start reviews (OK I found one 3 star review on the website). Bad experience, waste of money, poor night's sleep and sore neck :(

Thanks for your response Cosyco, however, my main issue with the pillow is that it was not fit for purpose - not that I received a call rather than an email! Strange that you would think that was the main reason I gave you a low rating. I have just checked your website again, and can now see the review - without any star rating or reference to the product I was reviewing. Why wouldn't you show the review on the actual product page, under the reviews tab? Again - it doesn't make any sense. I'm not sure how you feel that trying the pillow in the plastic bag for a few minutes would really be the same as trying it out for a night? Whilst I understand your considerations around hygiene, my point was really that: once you've bought the pillow, in order to actually try it properly, you're committed to keeping it, which, considering it is really not a good product (I'm assuming that's why there's only one review published), I consider to be poor customer service. How about you supply it in a disposable or biodegradable fabric bag, allowing people to try it for a night before committing to keeping it? This would solve the problem and be a lot more environmentally friendly.
