I really liked how Cotswold Select Autos communicated with me when I was selling my car to them. They asked for information at appropriate times and arranged collection at a time that suited me. On the day of collection they respected my property. The money was transferred immediately Into my account. More importantly I forgot some of the things in my car and they respectfully contacted me to arrange suitable time to come and collect. They even stayed open until after their normal working hours as I was stuck in traffic on my way to their garage. This was a very trusting seller and buyer relationship that is highly recommend. Paul explained everything in depth, and attention to detail was excellent. The advert was exact. The car was prepped inside and out to a high standard.A fresh MOT was included. On collection, the car was fuelled, my telephone was paired up, radio tuned in and climate control explained. The final touch was a set of car mats that were complimentary, to which I thought was a lovely gesture. All in all, my experience was extremely satisfactory.
