Updates on the order were great, the look and feel of the covers were great too. I’ve rated this as a 2 because it absolutely does not even slow down fluid transfer. I bought these based on the description. My puppy sometimes dribbles when someone new comes into house. The description led me to believe I would be able to strip the cover off before it soaks through. That is not the case. “Spills” go immediately through this material. It’s good as a dirt and wear protector, that’s it.

Experience with customer service was excellent. I did a test order for size & have ordered the rest of my selection today. Delivery arrived as advised. Quality is excellent. I have checked other suppliers but I think Couch Skins material & fit was superior.

My couch looks amazing, but the skins are thinner than I expected. My dog has already ripped one of the seat covers. It was quickly replaced, I'm just a little worried that she will end up doing to them what she's already done to my couch. I love the look & the feel of them.

I need to change the color after I ordered and before it shipped. The team was awesome and made it happened!

The product is very thin and cheaply made. Do not waste your money.

The couch skins fit and look great! We bought the largest sized they had to see if we could get it to work on our large wedge cushion and you can't even tell it wasn't made for it. They were well worth the money!

These couch skins are absolutely amazing. They fit perfectly. I have an 80lb pup, and these couch skins covers handle very well with him up on the couch. Very strong tuff material. Be sure to wash in cold water and low heat for drying. The color is also a perfect match to the couch and the rest of the home decor. I've already past this great product on to multiple friends. This brand is a scam. It is from China and items are just purchased on Alibaba for $3 and sell it 20 times more. The items will arrive like a ball covered in tape and it will arrive for almost 2 weeks as it is from China and not from the US. The Owners name is Baldeep\Bobby Bhathal. The ones in the customer service is not Alex but a bunch of Filipino’s who is overworking for him(working for 50hrs a week). How would I know? Cause I worked in this company for a while.

It will be a miracle if we ever see the well-advertised Couch Skins that have been stuck in shipping. We were so excited about receiving the cushion covers after paying for them with our hard-earned money. Unfortunately, it appears we have been scammed along with a host of other people. Though their website claims 5 stars, it couldn't be farther from the truth. If there was a negative star rating, they would receive it. I ordered and it took a long time to get the product but they went above and beyond to fulfill the order. I had an issue where the item was not delivered (went to a wrong city!!) but contacted Slex in customer service and he walked me through the process. His manager contacted me and reassured me they would place another order. By the time this happened, the color was not available— but I was told to wait. Once it was restocked i got my beautiful covers. Great quality, non slippery and color as expected. I would recommend these! Thanks Alex and manager for getting what i paid for.

Long wait for product to arrive as it must have gotten lost (i believe it ships from China). I am missing items in the delivery as well (they put all medium size pillow covers and I ordered large ones as well). This, coupled with high cost. One positive is that the product itself is soft and flexible. However, something is also wrong as their website reviews post a 5.0, and trustpilot has it lower. I suggest another solution, as now I need to dispute the transaction.

We got the light blue/ocean blue couch skins for our small velour sectional that our new pup was getting dirty -- and it was such a perfect fit!! You can barely even tell there are covers on this couch -- the soft feel and texture are very comfortable and these are VERY easy to take on and off for easy washing. What a good buy -- I was reluctant to cover this nice couch, but it looks very tasteful and again, totally blends in/fits so well you can barely tell it is a cover!

I wish the back covers had a little more coverage. Have not washed them yet and that will be the real test.

I never received the product. I received tracking and delivery confirmation that the product was delivered to a residence in Portland, OR under a different order number. I emailed your support over a week ago and have had no response. I will be reporting this as fraud and request my bank to cancel the payment. I will never recommend this product due to lack of support or caring. Make things right!

I have Lazy Boy reclimimg furniture so was not sure the covers would work. Robert had me send him pictures and had me measure the cushions. After picking my color, they got a price ready and I ordered them. The couch skins fit my recliners perfectly and I am very happy with them. I am getting ready to order more for some more furniture.
