De Academie voor Coaching en Counselling (ACC) biedt erkende opleidingen aan waarin mensen hun eigen talent ontdekken en ontwikkelen, en leren om anderen te begeleiden in hun proces. Wij bieden zowel klassikale als live online opleidingen aan. Bij ons kun je de basisbeginselen van het coachen en counsellen leren en/of je specialiseren in een bepaalde richting. Onze klassikale opleidingen worden gegeven op diverse locaties in Nederland. Daarnaast verzorgen we (live) online opleidingen, waarbij de docent jou en je medestudenten via de webcam leert coachen/counsellen. Bekijk het volledige aanbod van opleidingen en modules op onze website. De ACC is opgericht in 1996 en heeft vele duizenden studenten opgeleid tot coach/counsellor. Onze docenten zijn experts uit het werkveld die putten uit een jarenlange ervaring als coach/counsellor en trainer. De ACC heeft zowel nationale als internationale erkenning gekregen voor de opleidingen en het instituut. Wij dragen het NRTO-keurmerk (Nationale Raad voor Training en Onderwijs) en onze opleidingen zijn inhoudelijk erkend door de LVSC (Landelijke Vereniging voor Supervisie en Coaching). Internationaal hebben wij tevens officiële erkenning ontvangen van de IAC (International Association for Counselling). De Leefstijlcoach opleiding is geaccrediteerd bij de BLCN (Beroepsvereniging Leefstijlcoaches Nederland). We staan voor een persoonlijke benadering, zowel in de lessen als in het contact tussen student en de medewerkers van ons opleidingsinstituut.

ACC Year 1 completed
I have completed Year 1 of the coaching and counselling online course at ACC and from this point I can truly recommend the program. It is offering a broad range of assignments where you can directly apply the acquired knowledge. The selection of the literature is diverse and matches well with the daily program. Moreover, in my opinion, the online format does not limit the interaction between the studentmates and teacher. You really get the real value of the classwork that remains fully engaging and rewarding.
Taking into account all the pros of the course I have decided to pursue year 2.

De opleiding coaching en councelling heeft veel toegevoegd aan mijn werk en leven.
De opleiding coaching en councelling vind ik een hele mooie, brede opleiding waarin voldoende diepgang zit. De leerstof en verplichte boeken zijn interessant en evenwichtig samengesteld. Bagage om je leven lang mee te willen nemen.
De begeleiding is plezierig en zoals we daar zelf geleerd hebben:-) 'empathisch, echt en respectvol'.
Geweldig leuk en fijn om met proefcliënten gelijk in praktijk te kunnen brengen wat we geleerd hebben.
Knap hoe de docenten ondanks de grote verschillen tussen de mensen kans hebben gezien om zo'n goede en constructieve sfeer neer te zetten en te behouden.
Dat is tegelijk een attentiepunt; omdat je met elkaar oefent ben je afhankelijk van je medestudenten, hun inzet en motivatie. Dat vereist een kritische toelating van ACC om de opleiding op niveau te houden.

We beoordelen bij inschrijving zorgvuldig of iemand geschikt is voor de opleiding, op basis van onder andere vooropleiding en motivatie. Helaas kan er tijdens de opleiding door persoonlijk omstandigheden altijd iets gebeuren waardoor iemand zich minder in kan zetten voor de opleiding. We begrijpen dat dit voor medestudenten soms lastig kan zijn. We vinden het wel fijn om te horen dat de sfeer, begeleiding en opbouw van de opleiding zo goed bij je passen.

Enthousiaste en zeer kundige docenten

Intense and Inspiring
In my opinion Coaching and Counselling Year 2 program is a really well organised and well taught program. The theoretical part was interesting, the teacher was experienced and encouraging, the participants were open and authentic. Each study day we had the opportunity to practise methodologies and learn from each other and form our teacher. It was intense because coaching the test clients, having intervision and supervision meetings, reading and preparing for the study day I did in my after work time. Additionally It was also emotionally intense because before helping other people I needed to understand and deal with my own issues. Now I am inspired to share my knowledge and skills.

Opleiding re-integratiecoach
Ik heb de 3-daagse opleiding re-integratiecoach gevolgd, omdat ik recent met deze baan ben gestart. Het was een fijne mix van theorie, methodiek, oefenen met feedback, supervisie en zelfreflectie. De docenten waren zeer professioneel en betrokken. Ik heb er echt veel aan gehad om mijn werk goed, zorgvuldig en met meer plezier uit te voeren!
