Went in today to unload and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of the yard and the prices. The staff are very helpful and polite definitely the best around also big shout out to Louis on the scales helped me out so much and made my visit easy.

I submitted a quote request for the removal of a variety of metal items. Having heard nothing after several hours, my husband called to see if they'd received our quote request. We were told it would be looked into and we'd be contacted. After a total of 2 days from our initial quote request and us telephoning them, we have not heard back. A courtesy yes or no would have been appreciated.

It was my first time coming to Countrywide Metals Ltd, and the experience was great. I was welcomed by the staff, and I was guided at each step. The staff were friendly, and sorted out the metal for me. I received a good price for the metal I had. The gentleman who took my details at the desk was very supportive, and friendly. A great experience, and looking forward to returning, thank you.
