Outstanding service from start to finish! Booking a dumpster was incredibly easy and straightforward. It arrived right on schedule, and the driver placed it exactly where I requested to avoid blocking the driveway. Will definitely use them again for my next project.

6 weeks after scheduling with the "local" Countrywide Rental for a port-a-potty I received an EMAIL not even a courtesy phone call stating that they would not deliver to my country location 30 minutes south of Ashland Oregon. When I checked my email at noon I got the bad news, the day before the SUNDAY on which I needed a portapotty for a group of 100 people. This is not only BAD NEWS for our own business, but for the BROKER who assured me 6 weeks prior that they could deliver to my rural location. DON"T USE THESE BROKERS; they are unreliable, and they don't know local roads that are the safe way to go. When I called back to find out if the manager had found another company as promised, there was no answer. THIS COMPANY IS UNRELIABLE, UNRESPONSIVE, AND A HAZARD TO PUBLIC HEALTH due to the fact that they promise a waste delivery system but do not deliver when greatly needed. They may be the lowest price around but they are not worth the risk.

Terrible! Do not use. Automated service calls says urgent and priority and they will have some call back in 30 mins. Voicemails left unanswered. 4 days we couldn’t contact them except the first day. Eager to take the money no response after when we were trying to locate where delivery was on our delivery request date or following days. Dispatch number they gave us the first day was completely turned off with no one picking up for 4 days. Don’t waste your time.

They lie and scam customers out of money and make promises they can't keep and when you ask about you rental and delivery time they fight you about it and act like you are wrong biggest piece of shit ever
