I’ve been with County Teachers for nearly 5 years and been very happy with how I’ve been treated and supported. They have always been very polite and helpful, particularly during Lockdown when work was sparse! Most Staff are polite and considerate. They make expectations clear and give you good pay rates . You don't find your self having to renegotiate pay rates like some other supply agencies .
