Coupyn does not store or process any payment card details. All payments are handled securely through Stripe, which uses industry-standard encryption and PCI-compliant infrastructure.

At no point are card details visible, accessible, or stored within Coupyn’s systems.

If you experienced unauthorized activity, it is unrelated to Coupyn, and we recommend contacting your card provider immediately.

If you have specific evidence, feel free to share it and we will review it properly.

Hi! Thanks again for the updated feedback. Just to clarify the company issue Coupyn already has around 950,000 companies indexed up to 2025, so almost every major brand is already there.

If a company isn’t found, it usually means it's a newly launched or very small brand that hasn’t appeared in global datasets yet. Listings go live instantly for any existing company, but new company creation is limited because it helps us avoid duplicates, misspellings, fake brands, and spam pages, all of which keep the directory clean, accurate, and high quality.

The ability to add brand new companies will be available soon for Platinum members, since they’re typically the users who publish high value offers and use the directory at scale. This keeps company creation intentional and well maintained. In the meantime, if you ever need a new company added, just reach out and I can add it manually for you anytime.

You’re right that we’re still shipping fast. A few direct answers to your points:

Stability & logins: we recently tightened session/auth security, which caused some users to re-authenticate more than usual. That’s been patched; if you still see it, please email support@coupyn.com
and I’ll look at your account directly.

“Still in the making”: we release updates weekly. The goal is zero-downtime rollouts; when we do maintenance, we keep it short and announce it in-app.

Adding new companies: the public “add a company” flow is on the way. Until then, we’re expanding the catalog daily and will open publisher-side adds once verification and moderation are in place.

Pricing / free plan: Bronze (free) remains permanent — publish, track basics, and use the platform without ads. Paid tiers are for heavy publishers who want auto-ranking, more listings, and priority placement. If the value doesn’t fit your use case, please stay on Bronze; no tricks, no dark patterns.

Features “coming and going”: we experiment, but we don’t remove core tools without migration. We’re extending beta labels and changelogs so changes feel clearer and less sudden.

If you’d like, I’m happy to put a month of Silver on your account so you can judge the difference yourself. Either way, thanks for holding us to a high bar — feedback like this helps me build a sturdier platform.

We're truly sorry for the frustration you've experienced. Due to unexpected health-related circumstances, Coupyn was temporarily offline for around two months, which affected access to some features, including your page and code management.

💡 The good news is: Coupyn is now fully back online. All user codes are still stored safely, and only a few were temporarily hidden due to company updates. Some companies were mistakenly removed during a major update, but we're in the process of re-adding them.
