Critical review of my experience – strong recommendation to avoid this scam

I am currently enrolled with this company and writing this review while still having access to their platform. Based on my direct experience and a careful review of their terms and conditions, I cannot recommend their products or services.

The course content I have accessed contains factual errors and is presented with poor English language quality, which undermines its reliability as a learning resource. Despite charging customers for access, the company disclaims all liability for inaccurate or incorrect materials in their terms and conditions.

Their refund policy is exceptionally restrictive: once you log in, you forfeit any right to a refund, regardless of the quality or accuracy of the content provided. This is clearly stated in their small print, which I strongly encourage any prospective customer to read in full before purchasing.

Customer support has been unhelpful throughout my experience. The terms also state that if a customer is deemed "rude" (a subjective standard), they may be terminated from the platform without any opportunity for assistance or resolution.

There are multiple reputable, official partners offering the same or equivalent courses. Many of those companies provide transparent refund policies, fair terms, genuine customer support structures, and reasonable fees for services such as exam rebooking (e.g., £350 per change in this case). Some even offer job-placement-linked refund guarantees, which this company does not.

I would like to know this company’s actual pass/fail rates, particularly given their time and exam constraints. I have seen other negative reviews reporting that customers are banned from the platform after posting criticism, which is why I am taking care to document my experience while still enrolled.

In summary: I regret this purchase. I strongly advise others to seek out the many honest, accountable companies that provide the same services with customer satisfaction as a genuine priority.

Unfortunately there is not a single reason to do so, I would also like to know if they review their 5 star reviews as hard checking if they are people enrolled in courses or paid for 5 star reviews, because I doubt very highly they are real and honest. In future I will ensure to read the T&Cs better before purchasing, but generally they are not written to give a company right to take money and not refund when unsatisfactory reasonable complaints are made.

To address the points raised, we are not a scam. We are a legitimate training provider offering paid courses, certification preparation, and career support services. Like any genuine training company, we charge for our products and services.

The claim that our course content is inaccurate is false. Our courses are designed around recognised certification pathways and are intended to support students working towards industry certifications. We also work with official certification routes and recognised vendors.

In relation to exam failures and rebook fees, this review is also misleading. For Career Programmes, students are offered the option to purchase resit plans. If a student chooses not to take a resit plan, then any failed exam will require a new exam voucher to be purchased at the relevant fee. That is not unusual or improper. It is the same principle followed by training providers generally: if an exam is failed and no resit cover is in place, a new exam fee applies.

The comments about refunds are also presented in a misleading way. As with digital training products more broadly, once course access has been granted and the product has been accessed or used, refund rights are limited in line with the agreed terms. Customers are expected to review those terms before purchasing.

The review also repeatedly misrepresents our conduct policy. Students are not removed simply for being “rude”. The issue is persistent abuse towards staff. Where a person repeatedly behaves in an abusive, aggressive, or unacceptable manner towards our team, we reserve the right to withdraw services. That is a basic staff protection measure, not an attempt to silence legitimate concerns.

We provide structured learning, support, and recruitment assistance, and many genuine students have used our programmes successfully for exam preparation and career progression. We reject the suggestion that negative experiences are caused by dishonesty on our part.

This review appears inaccurate, misleading, and intended to damage our business. We would invite the reviewer to provide proof of enrolment and account details so that the matter can be properly verified. If they are unable to do so, the platform should take that into account accordingly.

I had a great experience with this…

I had a great experience with this course 2 career. The study material and mock tests were very helpful and closely aligned with the actual exam pattern. Thanks to their structured guidance and consistent support, I was able to crack the exam confidently. I would highly recommend this institute to anyone preparing seriously for Project management Prince2 exam. Special thanks to Derek for providing me guidance and support.

Zero empathy, got your money don’t care

I am writing this review on behalf of my husband as he is in treatment. Having signed up for about 2 to 3 weeks I found out my cancer treatment was being extended for about eight months. Because of this I could not carry on my studies but I had already paid for the course. I asked if I could have a refund or maybe swap courses to a smaller course, but I was past the two weeks refund policy. While emailing the nameless person I felt the company had zero empathy and zero feelings for anything. Once they’ve got your money that’s it so to anyone I advise you do your research because there are other companies with more empathy and life skills out there that will help you if anything bad happens to you. The nameless email person started threatening me with legal action knowing what I am going through.

The learner enrolled fully aware of their existing medical circumstances at the point of sign-up and made a conscious decision to proceed with the programme of their own volition. No medical evidence was provided to substantiate the claims later raised, and no documentation was supplied to support any exceptional cancellation request.

As clearly stated in our terms and conditions, once the statutory 14-day cooling-off period has passed and/or course access has been used, cancellation is not permitted. This applies equally to all learners, regardless of personal circumstances. At that point, costs are incurred by us as a business in delivering access, support, and resources.

We cannot cancel courses based on unsubstantiated claims or emotional appeals alone. The same rules must be applied fairly and consistently to all students to remain compliant with consumer law.

At no point were threats made. The learner was simply informed of the contractual position after repeatedly requesting cancellation outside of the permitted period.

We stand by the service provided and the terms agreed at enrolment.

I have just signed up and registered for the Cybersecurity course at Course2Career, and I am extremely excited! Abu-Bakr was ultimately a handful, but I made sure that I brought him back to planet earth, as he had been on the old Red Bull. Jokes aside, Abu was absolutely the best! He was patient, consistent, friendly and empathetic, and he helped settle my nerves in this new venture.

Not satisfied

So far the customer support is not very kind or helpful.. i don’t know how my upcoming experience will be especially the recruitment process.. do your research before signing up with them as the customer support is not good.. there’s should be some room for adjustment and alternatives, here I didn’t experience any kindness/respect towards their customers nor any flexibility or proper support.. They never answer their phone, I wanted to cancel within 14 days they refused to do so and to help in any way requested. No empathy whatsoever.

We would like to clarify the situation for context. Under UK digital content regulations, customers have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period in which they may cancel for any reason, provided the service has not been accessed or used. This is a standard policy across the industry.

In this instance, the request to cancel part of the programme was made after the 14-day cooling-off period had expired and after elements of the service had already been accessed. The reason provided for the cancellation request was that an alternative exam had been purchased elsewhere. While we understand personal circumstances and changing preferences, this does not override the terms and conditions agreed to at the point of purchase.

This matter is not one of empathy, but of contractual agreement. When a product or service is purchased, both parties are bound by the terms that govern that agreement. Applying these terms consistently is essential to operate fairly, transparently and compliantly for all learners.

We remain fully committed to supporting you for the remainder of your programme, including continued access to training resources and recruitment support.

Derek my tutor has been wonderful. He has supported me through the journey and given me the necessary tips. He's also readily available to meet and give advice. I was also given a payment plan to ease the burden of paying at once.
