amazing customer service on the live chat, the course was cheap and efficient it helped me learn my Spanish better and learn new vocabulary. I did the spanish intermediate course and it was brilliant.

I used the editing program even before learning about it, and I think I've learned a lot and I'm only halfway there.
There are loads of details but everything is nicely divided so you don't feel confused.
The great thing is that the course can be taken at any time that suits you.

This is a scam company. The qualifications are not certified in the U.K. at all. Qualifications are null and void and reviews are very likely to be paid.
Avoid at all costs, keep your money as these qualifications offer nothing to you.
UPDATE - I have asked for your 14 day money back guarantee and no one has gotten in touch.

the process for taking your money is 'relatively slick'; login account menus are confusing (user interface is not easily intuitive). The course contents are low grade - overly lengthy, relatively unclear and subjects are delivered dry-ly. On the whole .. its not great

I have bought a couple of courses from Course Cloud and hadn't yet got around to starting them. I found out this morning that 2 of them were about to expire. I bought the lifetime access for each course, and I now have forever to start these courses! The person on the LiveChat, Peter, and another person on an email (another Peter, or possibly the same person) were brilliant. Very fast in replying to my emails and sorted the issue out via the LiveChat system. I'm really impressed with the service I have received from Course Cloud - thank you very much!
