do not leave negative reviews lightly, but this experience has been beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable.
I legitimately purchased and completed a $64 course in October. I received that certificate without issue. I am not disputing that charge.
The problem began when I logged into my account simply to print my previously earned certificate. During that process, I was suddenly charged $199 for a “course completion” fee for a second course that I never enrolled in, never completed, and never intentionally purchased. I did not access modules, complete assignments, or finish any coursework that would justify such a charge.
When I reached out to resolve this directly, I made multiple attempts by email and phone. Every single time, I received the same response — that she was busy helping other customers. This happened at different times throughout the day. There was no real assistance, no proper investigation, and no accountability.
Instead of addressing the billing concern professionally, I was accused of lying and attempting to fraudulently charge back the transaction. That is false. I am disputing one unauthorized $199 charge — not the original $64 course I completed.
What makes this worse is the complete lack of cooperation once a bank becomes involved. When her money is at stake, communication stops. There is no willingness to properly discuss the issue with the customer while the dispute process is active. Rather than resolve the situation transparently, the response becomes defensive and accusatory.
Being a “one woman operation” is not an excuse for poor billing practices, unresponsiveness, or hostility toward customers who question unauthorized charges. If you operate a business and process payments, you are responsible for accuracy and professional communication — regardless of company size.
If you are considering using this site, be extremely cautious. Document everything. Monitor your statements carefully. And be prepared for resistance if you question a charge.
I simply asked for an unauthorized $199 charge to be corrected. Instead, I was accused, dismissed, and forced to escalate the matter through my card issuer. I have come to learn this is a scam site please go else where
