A positive experience
Having made an enquiry online about a course I was interested in, I got an immediate reply via email thanking for my interest, the following day I received a phone call to talk through my enquiry and to give some advise, the person was extremely helpful

Reasonable website
Reasonable website, free from the clutter that one gets on many other websites. I requested information on a course, and for this, the website asked for my phone number. I received a phone call from a course provider, but this was not something I specifically asked for. I prefer to opt-in to things like this, rather than receiving an unwanted phone call.
