I was able to do my lessons at my most…
I was able to do my lessons at my most convenient time. The lectures were easy to grasp despite the fact that l was a new learner in AI. I however faced some difficulties in logging but l would like to recommend the team for timeously solving my issue. I'm now in possession of my certificate.

Good platform, just needs faster updates
I’ve been using Courshark.ai for a bit and overall it’s been a good experience. The roadmap looks really promising, so it kinda makes me want to stick around and see where it goes.
The only issueaskk for me rn is the speed of updates. I’m almost done with the AI Mastery course and feels like I’ll run out of content soon.
Support was great tho, had a payment issue and they replied super fast.

I had a technical problem with the…
I had a technical problem with the course; advancing through the course, the section I was to advance to wouldn't load, and I sought a solution from the company. After the initial reply and acknowledgement of my problem, I was told they would get back to me. After a week of hearing nothing, I chucked it out and found an alternative platform.

Dissapointed - better options with better reviews out there
I was disappointed that the page content was sloppy in a few sections. A couple of quizzes had the wrong answers recorded which was frustrating. The real kick in the knackers came when I tried different browsers and was unable to print the certificate of completion. Emails to the company requesting a copy of the certificate went unanswered.

Fine, nothing special
It does what it says on the tin. You’ll learn the basics of AI tools and how to use them in everyday tasks. It’s not particularly exciting or groundbreaking, but it’s competent and well-organized. If you’re looking for a structured way to get started with AI, it works. Just don’t expect anything too deep.

Good for beginners, not so much for everyone else
If you’ve never touched an AI tool before, this is probably a great place to start. But if you’ve been using ChatGPT or similar tools in your workflow already, you’ll probably find it too introductory. The course doesn’t really acknowledge that learners might come in at different levels.

There’s a lot of theory in this course. You have to read quite a bit, and staying focused on reading for 30 minutes is just too much for me. I honestly don’t have that kind of time.
To be fair the theory itself isn’t bad. You can tell they put effort into the quality. But I think the course would be much better if it was recorded in video format instead.

A quick touch on various AI Tools
As an intro course, it is OK. It’s a good option for someone who is just starting to get familiar with basic AI tools. I would recommend spending a little time with ChatGPT and Claude before taking the course so the concepts feel less abstract. The quizzes aren’t very challenging and only offer a surface-level understanding of the concepts covered. I would like something more professional, because it's a bit weak right now.

I just finished the AI in 28 Days course and got my certificate, which I have already added to my portfolio. The lessons were practical and easy to follow, and I actually feel confident using AI now. It was focused, clear, and worth the time.
