So far quite good. Actually I'm over 40 but find this kid version very user friendly and explains things in simpler language.

I will never use this company again
I will never use this company again.
1.
I thought it was a one off course and they started charging me monthly.
The help ticket system sucks - different people every time and they wouldn’t refund me the extra month they charged. .
2. They also offered me a $30 Amazon voucher for a 15min interview and they didn’t show up on the Google teams meeting. I complained about this in their help System and they didn’t even comment on it.
Never again.

12 week course took my 9 yr old 3 days…
12 week course took my 9 yr old 3 days to complete. Customer service is a joke. They don't know their own products and no refund for ridiculous course!

Very boring material
Very boring material, not engaging at all, unlike the adult content. Activities were not interactive and very inflexible . Very disappointing and overpriced. Proving difficult to cancel with no reminder about renewal. Would not recommend.
