I used this site once and without knowing it, signed up for a monthly subscription. I reached out to let the team know, and they very quickly cancelled my subscription as well as issue me a refund. I will definitely use this site again if I need court records in the future.

the online from my computer was horrible for 3 days I tried to cancel but would not let me said my email was wrong and the reCaptcha was not entered correctly keep saying could not send my messages were wrong not so this morning i talked a human being SHE WAS WONDERFUL!!! she resolved the issue and all my info was correct she was pleasant and friendly I will always call customer support and talk to a human being give credit where credit is due the anget was GREAT
