I’ve been sleeping on synthetic mattresses for years and finally decided to make one of the best changes for my sleep by switching to a natural-material mattress from Organic Matt’s. I’ve just received my 1000 pocket spring double mattress and I’m already so impressed with the quality and how well made it feels.

Steve was super helpful with helping me choose the best mattress for us. He's also been very responsive to any meaasages/ questions we've had before and after purchasing.

We wanted a chemical free organic mattress and decided on choosing Organic Matts.
We initially choose a king Air3000 but a slight mix up with the delivery bought us a 2000 which was not deep enough for our bed and preference...after a quick phone call Stephen was really helpful in organising a replacement , even upgrading us to the Air6000 at no extra cost which was delivered only a few days later.
This mattress has fabulous comfort and support especially for my wife who has lower back issues.
With a luxurious 30cm depth and a medium to firm feel we are really happy with it.
We are recommending to many friends.

I had been looking for an organic, toxin free mattress for my 13 year old daughter. She was diagnosed with a 10cm cancerous tumour in her neck/spinal cord last year and had 2 major neurosurgeries and radiotherapy. I was researching mattresses and went on Cousins Beds site and did a live chat to ask about the certifications of their mattresses. I didn't realise I was chatting with the owner Stephen at first. He sent me links to all the relevant information and I explained why the certifications were so important for us. We had such a lovely chat, Stephen was wonderful and as we were chatting he made the most incredible gesture and gifted his top mattress to my daughter absolutely free!!!! My daughter was diagnosed 4 months after my own diagnosis so we have had a really tough time as a family and I will never forget Stephen's generosity and kindness to people he does not know. He also sent my daughter the most wonderful message with the mattress, the whole company is exceptional and the mattress itself is absolutely beautiful, exceptional quality and delivered super fast. It feels like the height of luxury. My daughter is sleeping wonderfully and I have the peace of mind to know that her mattress is organic and toxin free. The buying process on line was very easy and they were quick to respond with answers to my questions. They offer an incredible product and we are extremely pleased with our wool and Suvin gold 6000 mattress. We find it very comfortable and much better temperature regulation. We just use a fitted sheet to take full advantage of the wool benefits. Delivery was quick and they were very professional. Do not hesitate to purchase your mattress from Cousins Beds. The product and service cannot be beat.

I ordered their basic mattress and when I came it wasn't what I was expecting, I tried it out and it just wasn't right for me. So I got back on to Stephen to explain and he straight away offered me a mattress exchange. He advised me what would be best for my sleeping positions and arranged the replacement mattress to come out. I've been sleeping on it now for a couple of weeks and it is perfect. They do indeed Honor their 90 day sleep trial. I highly recommend them. Thankyou Stephen, so much, I just needed a descent pillow now, easier said than done, 😆.

Nothing but 5 star , I’d give 10 if that was possible. From the initial very personal help I received in choosing my mattress to last nights best sleep I’ve had for months. I was surprised how quickly I was able to receive the mattress and the delivery to Portugal was seamless. Steve advised well , this is definitely the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on and I’m absolutely certain I will still be saying that for many years to come. The big plus for me is it’s also absolutely natural , I hate memory foam or anything like it! The idea of spending such a long time of my life in close contact with something so unnatural does not appeal and I can vouch for the natural coolness of the mattress , it didn’t go below 25 degrees last night ( and typically the air con unit has died just when needed ) but a fan and my lovely cool mattress came through. We received our merino mattress a few weeks ago after getting very helpful and prompt advice from the company. Whilst this mattress has a 'settling in period' of several weeks, we actually found it to be extremely comfortable within days. I had some aches after the first night, but they vanished within an hour or two, and it's been fine ever since. It feels more luxurious than our old mattress, thanks to a plush top layer, but it's also very supportive. This means it works for both of us, even though one of us likes firm mattresses and the other soft. And although not everyone might agree, I loved the smell of wool that lingered for a few days! No chemical smell at all. Highly recommend this company if you're looking for a natural mattress.

After years of experience with beds that are considered excellent (usually known as "the best in the world"), I had to buy a bed for a very small space and I wanted it to have storage, but without sacrificing the comfort of the mattress. After some research, I found the Cousins ​​Beds brand and everything I read about it pleased me. The bed has an elegant appearance and the mattress is very comfortable, not falling short of the other beds I have.
In addition, Stephen's prompt response, total availability, effective explanations and friendliness are everything a customer could want when purchasing a product, and the time between purchase and delivery in Portugal was very short.

We purchased a custom-sized (California King) Suvin Gold cotton Supreme 10,000 pocket spring medium-firm mattress from CousinsBeds.

Firstly, we were so glad to find anyone who would make a custom-sized mattress at all, let alone a mattress of such high quality.

I have not slept so well in, well, possibly ever. Our prior mattress was the typically constructed springs and various layers of foam. Sleeping on it made my aging bones hurt at the hip and shoulder. That’s all gone now with the new mattress.

Ordering was easy, communication was very responsive, and it went into production very quickly - faster than I expected. Delivery to Portugal was quick.

After being exceptionally happy with our 100% organic wool and Suven Gold cotton Supreme 10,000 pocket spring hand-tufted mattresses for the master bedroom, we returned to Cousins Beds for our guestroom. This time, we chose two custom-sized 100% organic 3,000 pocket spring air suspension wool mattresses—and they arrived today. They are perfect.

The mattresses look fantastic, are incredibly comfortable, and fit our 120+ year-old antique French rattan bed frames beautifully. While the spring count differs from our master bedroom set, the quality and craftsmanship are just as impressive.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cousins Beds to anyone. In fact, I’m proactively telling everyone they need to experience these mattresses for themselves. They’re so comfortable, I’m now pondering if I’ll need to gently encourage my guests to actually leave when they visit!

Delivery to Porto was once again under their time estimation and they’re moving company, as always, was professional and on time.

I recently purchased a king sized mattress from Cousinsbeds and wanted to review my experience as it was honestly the best customers service I've ever received.
After trying out new mattress it became obvious that i had a wool (lanolin) allergy that I was previously unaware I had, migraine, sweating, heart racing. I couldn't sleep on the mattress and so emailed Stephen to say unfortunately I'd have to return it and find a new one somewhere.
Not only did Stephen empathise with my situation , he proceeded to offer to make a cotton and bamboo version of the mattress just for me. I was blown away and so touched that he even thought to do that. He kept me upto date with the progress of the new mattress and I'm thrilled to say we have it and it's wonderful. So comfortable and no allergic reaction. So thank you all for your above and beyond the call of duty customer service, I will ring your praises for years to come. Thank you so much

The product itself is first class, great value for money and the comfort the mattress I purchased provides me is exceptional.
What is also fantastic about this company is the service. Through no fault of this company we had a particularly poor delivery experience first time round. Stephen who is MD I believe was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he solved a bad situation for us superbly well. These days when companies don’t even but on their phone number it was so refreshing to have the MD of the company at the other end of a phone.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I was seeking to buy a new bed but when I went into the showrooms it seemed that they wanted to rush you into buying a bed. I then was looking on the internet and i found Jordan cousins beds. I contacted the Company and spoke with Mike he was brilliant he asked me what style of bed was I looking for and the type of material that I wanted I decided that I would definitely use this company. I was kept updated throughout the bed making process which I really appreciated. When my beds arrived I couldn’t believe how well made they were as I ordered a double and single ottoman the quality and style was second to none .
