Not to be trusted. Selling items that are described as having features that they do not possess. When you open a case they insist that you pay for return postage to China and only when they have received the item will they even consider a refund. So they have the item and your money and no guarantee that you would get anything back having just spent out on posting a parcel to China. They are now ignoring my communications.
Do not purchase anything from these muppets they take your money and if like me you do not receive your order they do not want to do anything about it.I have emailed them on numerous occasions in the past 2 weeks and if they don’t like the content of the email they do not reply.Do not mention re-deliver or refund because they stop all communication with you.
Completely scammed. Item that arrived was not what we ordered. Cheaper version sent. Do not follow their returns policy, when if wrong item, they resend correct item. Instead ask you to send back to China. And then expect you to pay postage for their error. Trading Standards definitely need to look into this company. Look elsewhere do not buy from this company.
My order when it eventually arrived after nearly 3 weeks waiting was completely not what i ordered.
Trade description act rings a bell as the description for my purchase is not what arrived ...very similar but a cheaper version.
In order to get a refund i am expected to pay for the postage back to China and arrange this myself but only get a refund for my purchase and not for the postage.

Bought a pillow arrived from china which they don’t tell you it’s cheap rubbish and arrived ripped emailed for a refund totally ignored. Site is a scam avoid

Sent for a connect to hosepipe “pressure washer” and It has no more pressure than than squeezing the hosepipe end with my fingers, it has a choice of a single one centimetre nozzle or a double nozzle which splits into two tiny streams. It would take a day to wash one paving slab, it’s rubbish.
Total scam,robbery not item I ordered,should not be allowed to advertise .DO NO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
SCAM BE CAREFUL. I ordered a radar detector on the 7th June order number #C651067.
They sent a flashing solar car dummy alarm light.
Pure scammers who do not answer emails.
They have no PayPal so you can not get money back that way.
Hope this stops at least one person having their money stolen like myself.
